What stood out to me is how justice wasn’t always swift or guaranteed. The Nuremberg Trials set a precedent, but many escaped accountability due to the chaos of post-war Europe and Cold War politics. The moral dilemma of governments sometimes prioritizing intelligence over justice is deeply unsettling.
Well, that's the best the world had to offer, and looking back sure, we can see the errors. But there was never a 2nd, 2nd World War, so no one really knew what to do.

Finding an exact figure would be difficult and perhaps unlikely. However I think that looking at old travel and immigration records in some archives would be a good place to start and hopefully give one a good idea of how many went there. No easy task though because if you want to be truly thorough, you'll probably need to check the data in each county's embassy, possibly cross examinane that with point of origin data to make sure it's the same trip and same guy. And that's probably just to name a few things one would have to do, without addressing finding the names and their fake names. I'm not an archivist, but that's what I would do if I would seriously want to examine it 🤷🏻♂️
