It’s amazing when a rider like Phil has all of these years on different bikes sets up his last year, last run bike. Just a custom dialed in monster. He will make a great test rider.
This secretive stuff is so stupid. He literally told Factory KTM about the clutch. What do these guys think? Do they think factory HRC is going to get some tip about the Honda from how Phil Nicoletti likes his Yamaha that's just going to elevate the Lawrence Brothers even more or something? All this setup secrecy does is annoy fans.
Love Phil and Keefer! Keeping quiet about details doesn’t mean anything. The other teams have the same stuff or better. It’s all for show. 80% rider and 20% the bike. Probably 90-10 in the pro classes.
Matthes gives Phil so much shit, you’d think Phil sucks from listening to Steve. Phil is so talented. I’ve ridden with local pro guys and they fly and make me feel foolish. I can’t imagine seeing Phil in person, riding with him. I can’t ride with him. I’m way too slow
@@mr2981 our opinion is not everyone’s but it’s the majority. Most fast vets in my so cal club runs a spring kit of some sort. Since KTM is now outfitting the off-road lineup stock with spring forks they are listening to the consumer
To his credit, filthy Phil was crushing the starts this year.
Agreed! Phil has done a lot and much respect to race all those years and go out on his own terms.
I could listen Phil talk about bikes for hours, man, all the knowledge he has… so Fn awesome 👌
I wish all the teams would be this open
This was great thx guys!
👍🤓👍
keeping those thousands of second tricks are critical at the top , so keeping quiet is favorable and very profitable
That was a great video with Phil. We are gonna miss the peoples champ
Hope to see alot of phil in the future..
2 of my favorite guys in the sport!! I could watch these guys all day!!!
Love hearing about the setup like this. Wish Kris could do more of these with more riders.
You two are a great bike review team.
Always Appreciate Phil 👏✌️😉
What a great guy Phil is, he is real and an awesome rider with the personality that will be missed in the sport. Congratulations Phil 🤝🏁

That’s one incredible looking machine! 😮 👍🏻

Going to miss Phil, hope he lands something big in the industry.

Hey Phil, do you still got the Eleven 10 Mods box van? Keep up the great work Keefer really enjoyed this interview.
Came for Phil and Kris, stayed for the p diddy Coombs party.
Gonna miss Phil. He has been riding great the last couple of years.
Credit to Klint Stapes Suspension!
Is Tomac still on the hybrid fork air/spring?
Phil appears to know a lot more about his bikes then most pro's.
Phil’s the man
What grips is he running?
Phil uses air forks. He is the only one I have watched on UA-cam that likes air. Phil is a legend !
Tomac Webb and Cooper run air also. The 250 guys shouldn't be on them as they arent production , but they might be running them also.
@@greg042 Eh, not exactly. They are using a works KYB 'hybrid' fork which is allegedly both spring and air.
Almost nobody likes the wp stock air fork. This is complete different
@tomkleingebbinck3500 yeah, ps1 is a great fork but it still needs attention, so kyb shelved it because guys can't baby sit it. 😆
Phil is the best.

I hope phil doesnt disappear
phil for president
I don’t think anyone considers club Mx a privateer effort
Dr. Phil, you will be missed. Your form of therapy has been so needed and will be missed. Hope to see you out there, enjoy retirement
Stapesssssssssssss
Phil’s onto greener pastures he won’t be leaving the moto community
lets see phill race some 2 strokes for fun
frikin rad..
💯❤️🙏🎯🏁🎬
so phils said just under half the track his bike is ok , lol
LOL, hydro clutch with the bigger reservoir by nicecnc from China... 😅
well right from phils mouth....the JGR Suzukis were pretty powerful;( fire breathing dragons)
Free Cooksey. Grow up already.
Who tf holds a hug that long? Full on grabbing Phil too that’s so weird bro.
Man, that's an awesome breakdown / info and Phil is such a legend, BUT.............. those are some gay looking rotors!
Air forks suck, WP should just abandon them.
Agreed! WP 6500 spring kit works awesome. Should be stock
My 2022 and 2024.5 are awesome and many of our fast vets race class like them too. So perhaps your opinion isn't everyone's...
@@marksvideochannel3592 I didn't say it was everyone's, just the correct one. If WPs upgrade path is springs, that kind of says it all.
