Same issue for my Hyundai I10 , but I spend almost 6 hrs. Removing silencer set from vehicle and did co2 welding. Again it fitted.

Sir naanum i10 tha vachirukke sir. first silencer welding thaa vache but waste of money. It's better you should replace genuine part which cost only Rs 2750 for first part of silencer.
