Hello Birlas Parvai Bro - I have one request - So far, in my experience with two and four wheeler services, I see these 'expert mechanics' doing things as if they engineered the vehicle and know all the science, enginneering about it - specifically, they will discard certain parts of the vehicle saying 'adhu thevai illai'. Examples - Cover on battery's positive terminal, clamps on fuel pipes to prevent leakage, washers, parts to avoid unnecessary movement of nuts/adjustments, nuts/bolts that align bonnet cover, tire valve caps etc. This is so 'universal', I noticed this while servicing my two/four wheeler in multiple places in TN, KA and two other northern states. Please do something to bring awareness among mechanics (both authorized service centers and private garages) that they be more professional and ensure to follow servicing guidelines and ensure safety.

Why EGR cleaning is not done by authorised service centers - the scheduled maintenance irrespective of any kilometer run does not cover this EGR cleaning? It is understandable that EGR cleaning is labour intensive, but that should not be a reason for not cleaning EGR. Probably you can ask this at any authorised service centers using your influence.

Fuel adulatration and also some other reason.
Turbo failure - only white smoke is came not black smoke.
EGR is not control the black smoke and nox silensor is the main part of control nox reduction with catalytic converter' s use.
