When coach answers the phone and they the caller asks for him by name and he calls out asking if that person was in the bar..."Is Ernie Pantusso here?"...Sam says "coach thats you" and then he says "speaking". I loved him...he was great!
My favorite moment in the show was when they all got tuxed up and took Diane to the Opera, once seated in the balcony, the lights went down and the sound of beer cans opening was heard over the Opera Overture.
Norm was the only one who brought a beer w him.
I didn't see that but sounds funny
And wveryone, including Diane, fell asleep during the Opera's performance.
The Kelly Song. Woody was so serious and the moment so random that it was hysterical and precious simultaneously.
Jackie Swanson (Kelly) was also in Lethal Weapon. She did the Swan dive off the building in the beginning
You guys should have added that after the actor who played coach died, a picture of the Indian Chief Geronimo that hung is his dressing room was placed on the wall on the other side of the bar. This was the picture Sam Malone straightened up in the last episode as a nod to their fallen friend
just goes to show that this video was not throughly researched.
Yeah there's a couple of other facts which they got wrong too. Poor job.
@@paulomedeiros2445 they didn't provide any actual secrets. Poor video.
Everyone knows that.
I grew up in the 80's watching Cheers and fell in love with the show. I turned 21 in 1991. I was in college and every bar I went to I looked for one that was similiar to Cheers. I found an old biker bar that had all the elements of Cheers and those were the best times!!
Who's watching Cheers in 2020? Still hilarious to this day. 🍻 🤣 🍻 🍸🍻🍺 🍻
I have the complete series and going on my third time watching, and have been in the bar in Boston. One of my top 10 sitcoms...MASH being number 1. Its hard for me to decide number 2 Cheers or Seinfeld? (IMO).
I am in lockdown in the evenings, Im at the point where we are on the last few coach episodes.
I'm watching it on Netflix now....well written and acted...HILARIOUS
Since SIP, I started watching the series all over again on Netflix (having been a fan of the show in the 80s/90s). Just as I got to Season 8, Netflix ended the free showings on July 1st. Thank goodness I also have Hulu, and can finish watching the last several seasons, after all. I'd forgotten just how amazing this show was - the characters, the writing, the camera work...all those moving parts...funny and sentimental at the same time. Definitely one of the best sitcoms of all-time.
Gary C they took it off netflix😞
I also loved the episode when Cliff got everyone shoes and they were walking around the bar and all the shoes were squeaking...that was too funny!
Definitely busted a gut on that scene 😂😂😂
Funniest moment. When Frazier ended up spending the day at the bar with his son.
After Lilith confronts him, Norm walks in, the baby turns to the door and says "Norm"!!
Laughed my butt off.
Then Lilith looks at Frazier and asks him did he hear that...."he said mama"
Icing on the cake.
That was a great scene 😂
My favorite moment - after years of not seeing her, Cliff brings his mother into the bar and introduces her around. As soon as someone says something, she turns around and begins "Actually, it's a little known fact that" and proceeds to be a perfect know-at-all in a perfect echo of Cliff. I don't know who that actress was but she had Cliff totally nailed! It was just right!
Actresses name is Frances Sternhagen. She also played John Carters grandmother on ER.
My favorite episode is the one where a man who was once a customer comes into the bar and is fascinated at all of the many changes that have taken place in the time since he was last there. Changes in the decor, the customers, and other changes. Then Norm walks by and the guy says, "Hi, Norm" without missing a beat; implying that somethings never change!
I broke my 5th cervical vertebrae on August 21, 1982. Cheers, through laughter, helped me tremendously in dealing with the trauma of being paralyzed from the neck down for ever!
Cliff Calvin explains the buffalo theory to Norm. Well, you see, Norm, it’s like this. A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it’s the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine.
And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers.
Genius!
@@tbskirk Sounds like some of the theories put out by CDC.
Later realized this conversation never took place in an actual episode but it fits his personality perfectly.

Gee I HOPE that's true! Getting buzzed on beer n cheepAss wine while watching this! Viva Las Vegas!
@@leondillon8723 Klaven, I'm pretty sure.
Favorite episode is Thanksgiving food fight - where Vera finally shows up at the end...but gets hit with pie to obscure her face.
Yeah that was hilarious!
Yeah I still remember it just like yesterday, and someone says, oh man, I didn't even get to try the potatoes (or something..?) and I think Woody says something like... oh here's some, and scopes it off the wall above the fireplace.... lol
I remember watching Cheers during it's original run and even though I was a child, I loved it. I'm currently rewatching it again as all of the seasons are on Netflix. Thanks for sharing this.
Same. It's on Prime. I grew up with it and it's still just as funny.
I always liked Norm's quote "it's a dog eat dog world and I'm wearing milk bone underwear".
My favourite is also Norms amended well known quote, "...Women! Can't live with them... pass the beer nuts!" and I've used it a few times myself!
One scene that always stuck in my head was when Cliff claimed he successfully crossed a beet with a rutabaga and name it the "beetabaga".
He then brought some into the bar. He made beetbaga fajitas, on pita bread. He famously offers a "beetabaga fajita on a pita" to Woody's girlfriend. To which she responds... "Sorry. No habla espanol".
@@99gagtx YES! One of the best lines ever.
Best moment in Cheers....when Sam straightens the picture of Geronimo.
first time ever watching it was a couple of months ago during the pandemic watched the very first show im in the fourth year its great never watched before cause i was a busy trucker now im retired very good show kept me going during the pandemic
It wasn’t a series finale but Diane’s exit in “I Do, Adieu” at the end of season 5 was the best written exit for a character ever. Sam’s character started off smart and then morphed into a dufus after a while, the butt of Diane’s jokes. But in this episode, he reverted back to being smart. Diane believed she would be back. Sam knew her better than she knew herself. She said goodbye for 6 months. He said his goodbye forever. Since Shelly Long was leaving, Diane had to leave but the writers found a way to give us a glimpse of what we all wanted to see anyway, the flash forward to the old married couple Sam and Diane dancing together to “What’ll I Do” as the scene faded to black. It was perfect. I would love to have them refilm that last scene now without the old people makeup since they’re about the age they were supposed to be in the flash forward. How about one of you people with connections make that happen. No writing would be required, just a reshoot using the same script.
So many funny episodes but I never laughed harder than I did on the one where Cliff and Diane went on the double date with Carla and some guy. At Carla’s recommendation, Cliff sang “Misty” and made his move on Diane. Whew. Too funny.
That episode with "Have a good life" brings me to tears every time I watch it. Brilliantly written!
@@pamelalagree-kanotz6845 every single time. When Sam says that "Have a good life" line you see how perceptive he is. I ball like a baby everytime.
28Person28 You are a fan after my own heart. The writers did indulge our Sam/Diane fantasy and let us see how they grew old together (Actually that episode is on tonight on the Decades Channel which airs back to back episodes every night). I interpret Sam's "Have a good life" line more as a farewell to Shelley Long. Diane, as written, would not have abandoned Sam. At the least, she would've returned to face him. Crazy how these fictional couples live in our heads!
So what did they hide? This should be called ppl in cheers, then & now.
if you're just giving cast bios, don't sensationalize the video title for views...that's stupid...i quit watching at #3
Nothing. And they dragged it out to just be over 10 minutes. I can't believe this was recommended to me.
bob howard and only a skim at that. There is nothing here that anyone alive at the time doesn’t already know!
The talking ends at 9:08, but the dead silence over no image runs until 10:03. A padded minute of nothing... 🤔 Kinda par for the course maybe?
Clickbait.
I loved the episode when Frazier and Lilith appeared in a debate on TV. They both got carried away flirting with each other while on TV.
Diane: “Do you know the difference is between you and a fat braying ass?” Sam: “No.” Diane: “The braying ass...would.” What makes that joke even more delicious is that the actors waited for the audience to catch up to that joke and it didn’t feel strained. Brilliant!
Have a good life. What a heart breaking line that Sam gave as Diane left (for ever) Cheers that fateful night.
Yes very poignant....
They should have ended up together
I know I remember the first time I watched this show and Diane left, I couldn't believe they didn't end up together.
@@lraeb2007 When the show finally ended & the 2 of them ended up going separate ways I was at 1st hurt but then I saw an interview that stated their relationship as toxic. I know the show was never meant to be reality but it makes sense now that they would be happier apart than together.
@@carsal2489 Yeah I know. I k kw they were completely different and it never would have worked out had they gotten married. I think they were cute together but yeah it just wasn't meant to be.
Uh sorry but the character Rebecca did NOT buy the bar. She worked for a corporation that Sam sold the bar to, and she was the bar manager.
Also, isn't her name pronounced Cur-stee? This guy is saying kear-stee (rhymes with ear)
Ok cliff
Technically Rebecca was a part owner in the bar. If you recall she gave Sam $25,000 to buy the pool room and the bathrooms and then went into partnership together.
@@brianz.4876 Yes but that wasn't until further on in the seasons, and definitely not what they were saying in this video clip. Happy to see you know your Cheers though.
@@Temulon Now your just splitting hares!
21: in addition to Ted Danson and Shelley Long, William Devane & Lisa Eichorn and Fred Dryer & Julia Duffy were considered for the roles of Sam & Diane. Dryer would later appear on the show as one of Sam's old teammates. Duffy would also appear on the show.
22: the writers named the character "Woody" before casting Woody Harrelson.
23: the cast was fond of playing practical jokes on each other; one time they "pantsed" Woody Harrelson not knowing that he wasn't wearing underwear.
24: Lilith was only supposed to appear in one episode but the producers liked Bebe Neuwirth so much they brought her back the following season and made Lilith a recurring character.
25: the writers have said that at the time they feared Shelley Long's departure would hurt the show but in hindsight they feel it helped the show because they felt they had done all they could with the relationship of Sam & Diane.
26: Kirstie Alley is the only "Cheers" cast member who declined a chance to appear on "Frazier"; Alley said she couldn't appear on a show about a psychiatrist because it conflicted with her beliefs as a Scientologist.
What was the point of this ??
Also Bill Cosby was an EARLY choice for Sam 😂😂
It's spelled "Frasier".
"What'll you have Normie?"
"Well, I'm in a gambling mood Sammy. I'll take a glass of whatever comes out of the tap."
"Looks like beer Norm."
"Call me Mister Lucky."
What can I do for you, Norm?
Open up those beer taps and, oh, take the day off, Sam.
Hey, Mr. Peterson, Jack Frost nipping at your nose?
Yep, now let's get Joe Beer nipping at my liver.
"Hey Mr. Peterson, there's a cold one waiting for you."
"I know. If she calls, I'm not here."
What can I do for you, Norm?
Well, I am going to need something to kill time before my second beer. Uhhh, how about a first one?
Hey, Mr. Peterson, you got room for a beer?
Nope, but I am willing to add on.
"Beer, Norm?"
"Have I gotten that predictable? Good."
"What's going on Mr. Peterson?"
"A flashing sign in my gut that says, 'Insert beer here.'"
Can I draw you a beer, Norm?
No, I know what they look like. Just pour me one.
How about a beer, Norm?
Hey, I'm high on life, Coach. Of course, beer is my life.
"Pour you a beer, Mr. Peterson?"
"Alright, but stop me at one...make that one-thirty."
"Can I pour you a beer Mr. Peterson?"
"A little early isn't it, Woody?"
"For a beer?"
"No, for stupid questions.
What do you say, Norm?
Any cheap, tawdry thing that'll get me a beer.
How's a beer sound, Norm?
I dunno'. I usually finish them before they get a word in.
What's doing, Norm?
Well, science is seeking a cure for thirst. I happen to be the guinea pig.
One afternoon at Cheers, Cliff Claven was explaining the Buffalo Theory to his buddy Norm.
Here's how it went:
"Well ya see, Norm, it's like this... A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers."
you forgot "whats going on mr. peterson?"
"let talk about whats going in mr peterson"
I always enjoyed the episodes where Cheers would encounter their enemies like Gary from the, "Olde Town Tavern," and John Allen Hill from, "Melvilles." John Allen Hill was one of my favourite characters who showed up every once in a while just to mess with everyone's heads.
My favourite episodes have to Bar Wars III: The Return of Tecumseh and Bad Neighbour Sam.
Norm: It's a dog eat dog world and I'm wearing Milkbone underwear!
My favorite moment is when Norm walks into the bar at the bowling alley and everyone yells “NORM!” and Sam is like “How do they know him here?”!
Or when the Crane's kid said Norm! and Lilith ignored that and said he said Mommy
The laughter was aided by the "Applaud" signs that would light up above each section of the audience bleachers. I worked season 11, ep1 "Little Match Girl". I was the Fire Fighter with the axe!
That's really cool. As far as the "Applause" sign, though, I was just thinking if something's not funny, I'm not laughing despite any sign. ;-)
@@derekchin6403 True, but there are alot of sheep out there, plus, studios roll in the laugh tracks too
It is my "Go To" show when I want Cheersing up. Right now it runs in the UK every morning and I make sure I watch it with my tea and toast. It padded out a very difficult time in my life back in the 80s. I can watch the same gags again and again and always laugh. I couldn't give you a best moment because there are so many. I loved the walk ons too, like Al (Al Rosen) and Phil (Philip Perlman, Rhea's dad) and others who would have perhaps just one or two lines, always laugh lines. I could go on. Anyway long may the reruns continue (though I have the CDs for an emergency giggle fix. Great show! Great cast! Great Scott will I ever shut up!!!!
"Right now it runs in the UK every morning and I make sure I watch it with my tea and toast."
As an American, I'm disappointed that you didn't say "tea and crumpets."
My favourite bit has to be the Russian poem her friend recited to Shelly starting 'Lailushka the doe lies dead in the haybarn' and ending with 'at least we'll have meat this Christmass'. Brill!
First episode;
Diane to coach: Where is your bathroom?
Coach: Next to my bedroom.
Sam: Down the hall..
"Did you end that proposition with a preposition?" - Sam Malone to Diane in a dream sequence
I believe that episode is from Season 5 "Dianes Nightmare"
“Cheers” an all-time favorite! Every character in this show provided the perfect mix for making this production the success that it ultimately became!
I could care less if “Diane” left the show. She was the ultimate irritant. My Lord I hated her character!!!
Love the scene where Diane and Sam are in the office and they had some time apart to think why they were together. Sam admitted he hadn't thought of anything and Diane starts saying why she thought they were together. She stops to say her words were not true and she too couldn't think of anything. She asks Sam what he thought. Sam turns and says 'I don't know, I wasn't listening'
Us too! Thank you so much for bringing back memories. What other types of video would you like to see?
I still watch repeats of the show cheers to this day. Brings back alot of funny times with my ex wife. That was one of our favorite shows to watch together along with Two and a half men. Sadly missed
Every time Sam grabs the coffee from underneath the bar I feel strong because it shows 1 man actually can pass on day to day use of harder stuff and do fine. Even if only acting.
I went to a taping of Cheers from season 2 when Diane thought one of the customers was out to kill her!
I hope it was the Halloween show where Diane was having a dream in a dream in a dream
It was the guy that Sam set her up with, it all went horribly wrong of course lol
Andy Andy, lol
‘Filmed in front of a live studio audience’ that laughs just as hard on the 4th take as they do on the first.
It was as were other shows but there was always canned laughter too.
Who didn't love Cliff and Norm? The whole show was great. I was 7 years old when this show came out so, I saw it later in my life.
I was 6 when it premiered and I still watched it.
I love how Kirstie Alley had such low self-esteem, she portrayed that character hysterically.
Along with Lucille Ball, one of the best "criers" on series TV! That's what the producers noticed soon after they hired her to replace Shelley Long.
I loved this series! It writing and acting was done in such an intelligent way that Cheers struck me as an intelligently funny show.
In 2010, I was returning from a vacation in Europe where the routing was from Frankfurt to Boston and onward to Toronto. I had cashed in frequent flyer points, and, flew first class. In Frankfurt, Lufthansa had its First Class Terminal. That place was like a spa!
My layover in Boston was to be 6 hours long. I had intended to find "Cheers", because I loved the show that much.
That was my lucky day. In the First Class Terminal were Rhea Perlman and Danny De Vito! At the buffet, Rhea stood in front of me, and, took all of the lox. She turned to me, and, said, "I guess that I took the last of it." I smiled, and, responded, "Don't worry. I speak German fluently, and, will ask the chef to prepare more."
What an interaction!
What does speaking German have to do w anything??
@@trawlins396He just wanted to boast that he speaks German. Too bad he can't write proper English.
"20 secrets"? This is just a rundown of the actors and what they did after the show.
Shelley Long made the show. Her comedy timing was perfect. I think she must've been a lot like Diane in real life to have played the role so well.
Norm enters.
Woody asks, "what's going on Mr. Peterson?"
Norm replies, "I'd rather talk about what's going down Mr. Peterson, give me a beer Woody."
Holds up still as one the best sitcoms of all time. One of my favorite bits was when Sam was commenting on some rich and upper class, snooty people in the bar drinking their tea " with their pinky sticking out." To which Woody declares, " Sam, their are ladies present!"
Terrific acting and brilliant writing made the show an ongoing success!
My favorite episode was when Sam called her backseat Becky.
When he used to have a fling with Kirstie Alley's character, Rebecca Howell.
“20 Secrets”??? Clickbait Title. Just facts about the show and the actors.
Thank you for the warning. Shut her down.

For great Cheers moments: Frasier trying to culture up the bar by telling stories from classic literature
Frazier there was a king with a large jaw and a queen with a plain face on the throne of england" beat "and... and there was a bloodthirsty clown in the sweres"
Later still (the punchline)
Norm: We're waiting for Oliver Twist the Wrath of Fagen"
Frazier: Darling I've done somethings in the last few weeks I"m not proud of" (to Lilith)
When Cliff does shock therapy to cure his obnoxiousness. I still laugh when that one comes on!
Norm's line................"Women, ya can't live with them, pass me the beer nuts."
I loved the running dynamic between Norm and Vera, especially when Norm opens up and shares how much he really loves her.
Rebecca didn't buy the bar from sam. She worked for a company that owned the bar. She was just an operation manager.
Thats how i remember it, she was only bar manager, the owner of Melville's, John i think it was, found a deed or blueprints that proved he owned the restrooms and pool room and charged Sam rent to use them.
@@kennyh9226 yeah I think that was around the time he as hooking up with carla.
Wish they would do a reunion show sometime soon.
They already did that on Frasier.
My very favorite line was when Norm came into Cheers and someone asked him, "What's shaken, Norm?" His answer, "All 4 cheeks and a double chin!" I was at my parents house watching Cheers with them and we all laughed until the end of the show. I still remember the line but DO NOT remember the rest of the show!!!
I remember Norm saying he just left Hungry Howy's, someone said what was the special , Norm said serf and turf, someone said , what's that lobster and steak, Norman said no, tuna with beef gravy
How's life Norm ? It's a dog eat dog World and I'm wearing milk bone underwear 🤣😂😂
"Who are, three people that have never been in my kitchen"

And Coach got it right!
I have always blamed my alcoholism and womanizing on watching every episode as a adolescence.

The Bull and Finch!
I'm from England, and went in that bar about 15 years ago while visiting Mass.. Later I couldn't find it on the map and thought I was going crazy.
Now it makes sense.
Frazier is in the bar with his baby. Norm enters and the baby yells "Nahm!"
Baby's first word !
Agreed. That's the hardest I've ever laughed at a sitcom moment. it was brilliant!
Woman comes in off the street and asks Coach "excuse me, where's your bathroom?". Coach's reply - "Right next to my bedroom". Funniest dialog ever!
Thanks for sharing this, Roger!
My favorite moment... That time Sam said he'd kill (or a threat to that effect) the next person who said Dianne's name, then went into his office. Someone (not Cliff) says her name and Sam comes boiling out of his office demanding to know who said that - and everyone points at Cliff.
When Coach Ernie came up with the My Tye joke or Frasier's Son's first word was "Norm"
When Cliff was on Jeopardy and the clue was "Archibald Leach, Bernard Schwartz and Lucille LeSueruer" and Cliff answered, "who are three people who've never been in my kitchen?" and the one where Cliff gets the shock collar!!
How's the world treatin' ya, Norm?

You and me both!
Pablo Vagnor me too. I remember watching as a kid, but didn’t get the jokes. It’s funny.
Very much enjoyed Cheers. Before the show aired, I used to play darts at the Bull & Finch in the ‘70’s. It was one of the best darts bars in Boston and its team was always near the top of the league.
Woody: I remember when I got my appendix out.. I got to each as much ice cream as I wanted.
Sam: I think you mean tonsils Woody.
Woody: Well gee Sam it was a long time ago.. But I'm pretty sure it was ice cream.
Tyler Durden those lines are classics LOL 😂
Tyler Durden one of the funniest scene?, hundreds to chose from!!!. Road trip, car brakes down, wake up, 'where's Norm???.' Maybe a wolve dragged him away?? Frasier, 'I'd hate to meet the wolve, that can drag NORM!!!!.
Teena Courtney Cheers very funny, but the show Becker is the best, season 1 starts well, funny, ep.5? the character Bob arrives and the comedic aftermath starts good, and proper. He is not in season 6,the last, but is replaced by little Hector, and it completely works!!!!. Seriously funniest show ever. And if you want to watch something comical, then you SHOULD watch BECKER on UA-cam!!!!.
A Character in StarTrek DeepSpace9 is named after Norm, because he was always in the Bar on the SpaceStation, the guy was called Morn,
love the episodes associated to Coach's passing. Some of the best.
There was only one episode that mentioned his passing. Episode 1 of Season 4.
Sam's toupee WAS NEVER obvious!! Literally NO ONE knew!!
I loved the tension between Sam and Diane, was sad when she left the show. Before being on Cheers, Shelly Long ( a Chicago girl ) had a show on with another guy called "Sorting It Out" in the early 70's
One of my favorite serious moments is in the last episode of season 2. After Sam and Diane break up and Sam finally opens the painting, his reaction always gets me choked up. The way he says "wow" just conveys so much emotion 😢
I believe Shelly Long quit the show because she felt like her character was running out of stories to tell. She also said that she needed time off anyway because she had just had a baby.
I feel like Shelly gets a bad rap because she wasn’t in the group like everyone else was. They all still love her and she loves them. I think the negative stories are mostly just speculative.
Sarah Hunter I agree with you. I’m pretty stand-offish, but it doesn’t mean I don’t like you. I simply cherish my alone time.
I started watching it in 1982 and I loved Coach
Ted Danson's hairpiece is genius!! Convincing!!
"What's shakin' Norm?". (Norm) "Four cheeks and a couple of chins." 😂 One of my favorite Norm replies.😂
Funny moment…. Carla is depressed about becoming a grandma. Cheers cast tries to cheer her up at her home but they don’t succeed. Cliff comes back forgetting a jacket. As he bends over in front of Carla, Cliff’s postal worker pants splits in the ass. Karla finally laughs like crazy. Episode ends.
The show was absolutely hilarious, so was Frazier. I loved them. I haven’t found great writers for sitcoms this century, yet.
I recently binge watched the show from start to finish and I had forgotten about all of the twists and turns the plot took.
When John Cleese starred "I doctor Simon Finch Royce of sound mind solemnly swear that Sam and Diane are the most perfect couple ever to be married, and if I am wrong I shall take my own life in the most disgusting manner possible".
Then diane says ''seeee''
While visiting Boston, my ex and I wandered into the bar that a little later became the prototype for Cheers. We found out well after the fact and thought this was really cool.
As for the laugh track, at the beginning of every show, it's announced that "'Cheers' is filmed in front of a live studio audience," kind of hard to miss.
Rebecca managed the bar, her company owned it.
Sam, (after Norm walks into the bar:). Norm, hows life treating you? Norm: like a baby treats a diaper.
At the company where I work, one of our I.T. guys in named Norman. Every time he walk by, I yell out "Norm!"
I found love with the show when I first watched it in November 2019 on Netflix
Norm walks into the bar on a cold day
Woody: jack frost nipping at your nose Mr P?
Norm: yep now lets get joe beer nipping at my liver.
He didn't divorce her in cheers. They got back together. They finally divorced in fraiser
Let's call this video what it is. This is an exercise in clickbait video titles. Nothing in this video is a secret and nothing in this video was hidden by the producers.
My sentiments exactly
“Afternoon everybody.”
“Norm!!”
“What’s going down Norm?”
Norm: My buns on that barstool
Ted Danson's most known role after Cheers was not CSI, it was Becker.

My mom used to watch this show religiously during it's initial airing as well as Matlock and Murder She Wrote. It wasn't until I turned 25 when I started watching it and, being a fan of anything pre-Internet, I instantly enjoyed it every bit as much as dear old mom.
I liked all the cast, but I liked John Ratzenberger who was a worker for the USPS and made quite a few funny remarks.
That moment when Carla leaps on the back of an obnoxious customer and bangs his head on the bar.
Carla was always so annoying and used to aggravate the hell out of me. We used to call her the chia weasel haha.
The episode where Norm and Cliff go into the video buisness and the battery dies and hide that fact and end up not taping some of the most memorable moments for the family they were recording
Favorite is when Carla is prepping the bar for opening and dancing around in a great mood until she opens the door and someone tells her what a great day it is and she grumpily says... What's so great about it! Hilarious.
Most things on here were well known facts to Cheers fans. :) I will tell you, I can't get enough of those characters! I would love to see a reunion show!
well the toupee one is a spoiler. I didn't know he had a toupee. I'm on the 7th season or so.
My Fav episode was wen Danson was throwing all of Longs stuffed animals out the window! The creators lived 10 miles from me & based the show on a bar there. (SoCal)
