Hey folks, did you know that there is an airline where interviews can be completed entirely online? 🤯
Exciting news - this is Etihad! All that you need for the interview is a computer with a camera and good internet. 🥳
And surprisingly - a white wall.
Because during the interview you will even have to parade in front of the computer screen.
At the interview, be prepared to wear a white shirt, a jacket and a skirt. Also be ready to be asked to show your neck and elbows.
But don't worry, it's just to ensure that you don't have scars there.
And there is also one more amazing news: during the HireVue interview, you will be given the opportunity to rerecord your answer!
There will be 2 questions in total.
💕First one: tell us about yourself.
💕Second one: tell us about your experience in customer service.
If you pass this stage, you will be sent an English test. And if you manage to ace english test, then you will have an online interview with HR, which will last approximately 30 minutes.
At the interview, you will be asked all sorts of questions, ranging from “why did you choose Etihad?” to “tell me a situation when you were criticized at your previous job and how you responded to it.”
And just imagine, you don’t even have to fly anywhere! You can pass the interview in Etihad while sitting at home in Pakistan, Mumbai, Nepal, Morocco. And then the company will cover all your travel expenses to Etihad College.
