Hi Fonnie I’m happy to see another of your Hoya Videos, they are always so informative. I have only one of the Hoyas mentioned here (tsangii) and have to agree that it’s quite slow to root but as I watered mine today I was happy to see that it’s finally putting on some good growth now and trailing nicely. Thanks for sharing your extensive knowledge of Hoyas and look forward to another video.
I agree with the Hoya tsangii, it has a zen, grassy, bamboo-like leaves, most of them are facing downwards, very relaxing to look at especially if there are too many long stems or vine trailing
Happy to see another video. Your hoya look flawless, as usual. Especially the first two, they looked absolutely perfect. I think Hoya Ischnopus is highly underrated. I got mine for very cheap (5€), it arrived dead (leaves almost dried up, roots rotting, stem partially rotted, partially OK), I got my money back AND the practically dead Hoya bounced back like nothing happened after cutting off the dead parts and soaking the rest in water for a few days. It is now growing well and fast. Can't wait for it to flower. But even without the flower it is a joy to watch grow. Have you delivered your little one yet? :)
Thank you for your kind comment☺️ I have Hoyas struggling too 🙈 like the hardest Hoya episode I made earlier. I thought of getting Hoya ischnopus before until I have very little space now.. Thank you for asking, I delivered my little boy 2 months ago and we both are doing great☺️ it’s really hard to find time filming without him crying in between. Hopefully I can still make some videos later on 😊
I always learn a lot and add on to my wish list whenever I watch your videos. Can you make a comparison video on wayetii and kentiana? Green, but most especially variegated (also Lori Lyn)? I don't see anyone with that info on UA-cam. Thank you! I appreciate and love your videos!
Hoya so NS05-240 is absolutely gorgeous. I always enjoy seeing all the variety of habits in Hoyas.
🤗🌱💚
Absolutely not an easy grower, though.
