Omg! Fonnie I’m screaming while watching your video 😂 They are all eye candy 🍬 Hoyas. I’ll be totally broke if I ever get a chance to join this biggest Hoya event in the world ❤there are so many beautiful Hoyas 🤩 It’s so nice meeting a lot of well known collectors too! Thank you so much Fonnie for bringing us with you, we appreciate your work and had so much fun watching!! Till your next Hoya Haul video 😊, take care my friend ❤
Wow this is amazing! Thanks so much for sharing 🥰 This might be a dumb question as it is the *Swedish* Hoya Society but does the booth travel to different (possibly international) events? I'm thinking something similar to Ecuagenera doing pop ups all around the globe. Living in the UK, Brexit complicated a lot of things so I am trying to figure out whether I shall start penning an invitation or booking a trip for next year while filling out plant import forms 😅
Hi Jules, I don’t think Swedish Hoya society set up booth outside of Sweden, in fact, most(perhaps all) of the events are located in Stockholm. Perhaps you can check with UK’s agriculture department? In Norway, if I personally bring in plants from EU, I don’t need to have phyto. Cert (with restricted species and amount). Maybe it’s the same as UK?
@@tfyfonnie Thanks for the reply! As far as my understanding goes, although Norway is not a part of the EU, it is still a member of the EEA, which allows for transporting plants for personal use between the EEA countries freely. When the UK left the EU, it also left the EEA so now even an individual needs to deal with all the bureaurocracy including: obtaining a phyto certificate, registering as an importer, paying for plant health checks and possibly customs etc. Honestly, it's ridiculous and one more reason to hate Brexit 🥲 However, I've heard anectodes about people just stashing cuttings in their suitcases, hoping for the best and not getting checked 🤷♀ Though, I feel it'd be way too risky with a bundle of virtually priceless cuttings 🫠 So in conclusion, I guess it's time to move to Sweden!
Hi Fonnie! I'm so envious! Id love to have the opportunity to visit a hoya extravaganza! What were the average price range in US dollars, if you know? Dee, New York USA
I can't wait to see everything you got! I would just take a full box. 😂

The average price is between 10-50usd. Prices from Swedish Hoya society is reaaaaaally good I’d say😊
What an amazing show. Do you know if they export to the USA. Would you share Camilla’s Instagram or Facebook page?
