Guy whose always at the gym sees the Hacksmith and asks: "Dude how are you arms so toned?" The Hacksmith: "I lift..........Thor's Hammer, Giant leaf blowers, rocket hammers, and anything else in my workshop."
Probably not. The BBs are so tiny that any deviation due to wind is negligible for most of their flight path. Now, Nerf darts are another story entirely...
Titanium Soldier 76 they’re shooting the iPhone on the grass, that’s nothing? Most of the phones people break is on concrete, not on grass. That’s what kinda disappointed me when I saw it.
This channel deserves waaaaaaaaaay more subs, I love everything that the Hacksmith does. The videos are really well organized, there's even subtitles for each video (which I really appreciate), and it seems like they're working on a million different projects at once, The Hacksmith is definitely at peak level right now
Those battery modules are so nice. That BMS is my favourite. Just a damn shame it doesn't go to higher cell counts. And second hand batteries were a lot cheaper for my scooter. :)
Holy cow was I wrong to think a video about iPhone testing and leafblowers would be lame. That leafblower is very much one of your most badass creations.
You can actually bump up the thrust of that thing by tapering the end so that the tapered end has the same cross-sectional area as the EDF's cross-sectional area at the fan. When the air goes from the EDF into the pipe, the cylinder that the fan blades are on tapers down to nothing, in other words, the cross-section changes from a donut to a circle, so the cross-sectional area increases, causing a drop in pressure and a reduction in thrust. You can compensate by tapering the end to make it a circle that matches the cross-sectional area of the donut that would result by taking the cross-section at the EDF. You can do this by say for example, taking a traffic cone and cutting off the top until the end inner diameter matches what you would need it to be. I estimate that about 175mm would do if the EDF is 200mm. For my 90mm EDF, tapering to 76mm is the golden number for it. This is actually a common practice amongst RC plane hobbyists. It basically increases the air speed without sacrificing air volume.
can i get some info about the motor control unit and the switch you are using to start the power sircuit. i have tried to search some in that power class whit no suckses😂😂
*The year is 2028 and the world has undergone a unique apocalypse. Now, the Hacksmith and co. survive using their many creations. They have invited a new recruit into their layer and are showing off their extensive supply of creative gadgets.* Recruit: So what do these do? Hacksmith: That one shoots a laser beam, that one shoots plasma, that one is used for grappling up buildings- *The recruit gazes at the equipment in awe for a bit, but then his attention is drawn to a massive construct that looks like it could launch a rocket.* Recruit: What does that one do? Hacksmith: Oh, that? That's just my leaf blower.
Considering how well the totally unprotected screen held up, I feel like you did a better job advertising the strength of the phone than the effectiveness of the case
Nobody: Me:smashing the new batteries I just bought from the market My neighbor:bro is that the battery I just saw you buying at the market?...can you lend me some money haha
You should make a thermojet. Replace the tube with a metal pipe, make afterburner style spraybars and rings and put in an ignitor. Start with diesel or kerosene as fuel, then mix in some gasoline if it has difficulty staying lit.
We need a hacksmith movie Where people try and take your stuff but you use your creations but you use your weapons to make them go away The idea sounded better in my head

he also probably built a 60 pound toothbrush.
Lord Groudon that's probably true
Lord groudon i hope he does
Can you try to stop projectiles with this leaf blower? Things like airsoft BBs.
That sounds like a dumb idea, but it is actually a really good and fun idea
yes, try it!!!
That would be cool
Probably not. The BBs are so tiny that any deviation due to wind is negligible for most of their flight path.
Now, Nerf darts are another story entirely...
Or he could put loads in the tube and shoot hundreds in a second
Me: Playing? With a leaf blower? That’s the most childish thing I’ve ever heard of!
The Hacksmith: But it’s fun!

Spongebob reference
Omg, it's getting wrong and started to burn. Quick, throw a concrete block at it XDXD

Great idea breaking this into 2 vids. There's so much good content here!
bruh, can I have this leafblower and put some wings on it!
This would be great :D
Please let this happen!
Haha, even with the weight, you'd still have enough thrust that it might work this time!
Haha, even with the weight, you'd still have enough thrust that it might work this time!
oh yea
The sad moment you realise captain america doesn't have a Hacksmith beard anymore 😔
ikr, im starting to think he (Chris Evans) prob saw several of Hacksmith's vids, and notice how much Hacksmith loves Captain America....
And I thought I hated raking leaves more than anyone in the world...
Heh!
Yup...
I think it's relaxing
Well we might have a challenge on our hands buddy
In case you din notice, they were raking "iPhone X maxes" instead of "leaves"

I am genuinely addicted to your videos cause they’re so good 😆
Seems like a nice case, might buy one seeing how this isn't a commercial with top tier commercial editors faking every detail.

You are probably the only person who can make a leafblower cool btw you are the best youtuber love your vids
You're like Tony Stark in real life
Edit: Thanks for 240 likes!
The only thing he's missing is millions upon millions of dollars *cough* Elon Musk
You right this dude and his friends are incredible!
He literally makes a new arc reactor for each project. I mean actually.

Probably one of the best and most believable phone case demonstrations I've ever seen.

please try making the end of the leafblower thinner so you have more focussed power
