as a runner (10k recently), thats not how it works. those two pounds will be PARTIALLY regained, unless you continue. even then, itll take ~30-100 days to get to that weight, assuming walking is your only focus.
@@Gabriel_JudgeofHell walking is only part of it. Then, as you said consistency is key to all of it. I was down to 215 but I love to eat and ballooned to 233.

Hey Igor, I have an experience of 8-10 months of Calisthenics and can do 35-40 pushups max 12-15 pull-ups Max and can perform some basic skills like muscle ups. I want to gain some muscles but am stuck at a certain amount. Will these workouts also help me in building muscles? Or these workouts will be for complete beginners?

I will Gladly follow as best as I can! I put on a Load of weight after I had. Traumatic brain injury + (osteo arthritis+Heterotopic Ossification) in my right hip so I'm Now in a wheelchair, I'm in Physical Therapy right now, I WAS able to do a push up before my accident but then I Atrophied for about 8 months from being bed ridden in hospitals after my injury!!!!!! My arms are one of the worst parts, I Can't do anything but an inclined push-up yet 😢 I've done great and Already lost 77 lbs since about March of last year!!!! But sadly now that I'm actually building some muscle back as well as losing fat I can't get below 265 at 6' 3" tall before my accident, about 6'1" because I can't straighten out my hip!!!!!!
