    This is my genuine feedback after following each thing u have said..
    I want to gain weight.. after 2 months i increased from 50kgs to 52 kgs.. I want to be 55kgs atleast..
    I follow dand baithak videos of ramdev baba.. i started having boiled vegetables in the evening with makkhan as a fiber and protein supplement.. and have started drinking peanut and Banana shake after breakfast for more healthy fats.. In one of your videos you said to have milk plus 2 spoon ghee.. I do that twice a day (once around 12 noon and once after dinner)..
    But Exercise is really confusing.. most videos only tell about weight loss exercises.. please guide further for exercise as I don't want to join gym n all.. which exercises to do exactly?? Or is there a certain yoga pattern to follow?? I am very confused..
