    1.Exercise(Anabolic & Catabolic)
    - Anabolic for weight gain(weight lift)
    2.Drink more water than usual
    3.Change diet in 3rd or 4th day
    -Diet(micro & macro)
    -a.micro (all juices ,dry fruits & light meal but filling)
    Helps to maintain weight only
    b.After micro change to macro (paneer,moong,peanuts,dahi,ghee etc)
    , fibre- carrot,sweet potato,potato etc.
    4. Increase both diet and exercise paralaly.
    [ If Digestion is poor 1st work on that ]
    5. Proper sleep 6 to 7 hrs minimum but not over do it.
    6. Consistency is the key.

      I agree. Full diet plan is must from morning day to night. Plus pet kharab rehta hai agar toh us case mei kaise weight gain hoga. Probiotics kab aur kaise lena hai? Thoda sa hi khana khaao toh burp aane lagte hain. Order kya hona chaiye khane ka microdiet ka. Pls guide us in more detail. Chana gas karta hai fir kaise badega weight. Aapko 12kg weight badate hue dekh bht motivation Mila.

      He has told in many of his video that one should take light meal after sunset but if you are working out then it doesn't coz your body will demand the energy and will digest it
