    We use to eat off of this press in middle school. We went 45-0 in two years, but the bulk of our points came of this press.

    Been using this for a long time. Good change of pace, something different.

      Definitely a good change of pace. The middle player in the press challenges opponents to adjust.

    Hey Coach
    Been running this for about 10 years but I’d love to hear about the wrinkle you’ve added to it. How can I find out?

    set the initial trap across half-court. then they can't go backwards

    • @GetBetterBasketball
      @GetBetterBasketball  7 місяців тому +1

      Definitely the best spot to trap if you can bait them into it. Right before half isn't bad either with 10 second count on your side.

    You have a Fast Draw on this?

    • @GetBetterBasketball
      @GetBetterBasketball  11 місяців тому +1

      I don't have FastDraw, but if you are looking for a specific rotation I can put something together.

      I’d love to see this on diagrams as well.

      Could you also trap with the first two players up front . Similar to the wahlberg 2-2-1 run and jump?

      @@chadspencer9302 Stay tuned for Part II! I'll talk about this exact wrinkle.

      Just started using this a few weeks ago for my 12yr olds. Two exhibition games and two regular games later. We have not lost yet. During the first game that we put it in, you can see the excitement in the kids and during a timeout a couple of them ran up to me saying that defense is working. The defense is working!
