What I really like about this press is keeping the offense on their toes by trapping as soon as the ball crosses half court, and then changing it up by pressing the first pass after crossing half court. Keeps the other team guessing as they’re not sure when the trap is going to happen.

There is definitely a lot of flexibility when using this press and you can really control the tempo of the game.
