@@kevineguia8721 yeah the intake is a little restrictive for these heads I really need to switch to a open plane intake with the nitrous plate setup but for now it’s working fairly well.

Much better sound and I'm sure it pulls a bit better up top. But, I know when I had mine I HATED how loud it was with slp's on it because you couldn't just, drive it normally and not have people think you didn't have it pinned. , And here I was trying to get you to make yours louder lol 😆. But even still, if no, WHEN I get my next one, it will have an aggressive exhaust as well. But that sounds soooo smooth and just, amazing man. It sounds perfect 👌. Sorry for the book of a comment. I just love onyx. He gives me hope of one day, getting another sn95 or new edge. Times are too hard for now and people are STUPID on prices

Tubular K members make header install hell of a lot easier plus it's a really nice weight reduction, also with my longtubes I had a bitch of a time getting the rear bolt on the passenger side in, maybe ill pull it all off again and redo it and start with the rear bolt, what did you do to get the headergasket to seal? I'm having a bitch of a time getting mine to seal propperly

Hey lollis and fans for my sn95 I got the same peacesetter long tubes and is wonderful stock mid pipes does not line up also the x pipe from peacesetter Aswell I try both but putting these LT on was easy driver side went from under took steering out , passenger abit of elbow grease I could not left the engine and did it in my driveway so took starter out valvecover and shoved it in . I did had to shave half a inch or less from the starter bell house for the LT to sit properly maybe because I have a t45 transmission

I used to get a header leak now n then with cheapo hedman headers on my SBC so I spent little extra for mr gasket pure soft copper header gaskets they are the shiznit, I never had a leak I could reuse them and I once put them on with a snapped off exhaust bolt and it ticked for a few minutes and went away once it warmed up and never leaked. Headers not leaking with missing bolt is unheard of. If you hate dickin with headers spend bit more and buy the copper gaskets money well spent.
I actually just used a old school trick and double up with two gaskets and used a thin layer of copper exhaust silicon to stick them together and been great since
Hey man just a question did you ever have to replace your bellhousing on your sn95 I have a 95 convertible 306, cam, heads, full exhaust I just had to replace my transmission and the bell housing cracked any tips on where to get a new one for the remanufactured 5-speed?
Last week I tried to get a pacesetter off-road x pipe for my 95 GT., Even tho summit had them in stock they said no to shipping them to Maine, I found a vendor on eBay I figured not a big outfit and nope my money got refunded. There's a vendor on eBay has an x pipe and they said they would sell one to me but it's $375 and the quality looks suspect it has ball n socket couplings but 1 band clamp also...? And the bolt flanges are flat not stamped. My sbc Hedmans headers had flat flanges they bent and joints loosened... I had to do a makeshift spring bolt with my 660 raptors old clutch springs. I'm at the gutting the cats option kinda wanted to remove my x pipe n cats and stash em away just in case... Any ideas??? Anyone have one there not using anymore and wanna sell it?

stock edelbrock dual plane intakes flow around 230cfms while porting it youll be around 300 cfms which is about what your heads flow,you should see a big diference

Buy the thicker header gasket online I believe it’s make by me gasket and a couple other companies

Yeah I actually had mine tig welded, mine was also cracked. But it’s been fine since I had it welded
