- This is the official World Record for fastest time crossing the entire first (eastern) map in just 4:57 min. Starting point is the elvator at Capital Knot and end point is the elevator in Port Knot.

Whenever I see a zip-line in good condition and placed where I'd place one, I instantly add a strand contract.
I thought they said this was a walking simulator, not a zip-lining simulator.
Got these bad boys all over the mountain region. I can cross into and out from the weather station and to every settlement in the mountains it took me a long time to set it up but I have all those guys at 100 percent happiness lol
Dedicated to everyone claiming this is a walking simulator. If you use your brain just a little, the least thing you do is walk.
Personally, I enjoyed the walking sections and less overpowered tools (like climbing anchor) the most. The zip line just makes the game boring imo. I guess a good way of fixing them would be that they take up a lot more chiral bandwidth and that you can't have more than, say 5 per map.

First thing i thought
I just got to ch. 5 and acquired the zip posts. It’s gonna take quite a bit of time actually getting my way up to those areas to install them but in the end it will be worth it. Right now I’m just focusing on building the roads. I’ve built the entire road from lake knot city all the way to south knot distro center. Thankful (and sorry lol) for all the MULES that got knocked out cold on the floor after being wrapped for all the material provided lol. I also enjoy building structures that others started but the roads save a LOT of time once they’re built. Zip lines will be awesome for places like the eastern region and getting to the weather station and time fall farm.

Nice zippurinu system but I think you can make it faster if you move the zip-line on top of the BT area above the Port Knot (zip-line number 12 in this video) to that taller peak, a bit to the south and then make a more straightforward connection down to Port Knot, that's how I did it. And if you don't care about world record speed and want a system that is more handy for deliveries, you can make one that reaches every facility and prepper and which will makes the capital port zip-lines only take about 40 seconds more than in this video.

Ride a bike from the Windfarm to the Distribution Centre, a lot fun and patience, no ziplines involved, with the added challenge of your maxed out on cargo with a time porter request.👍

Lvc I hated that delivery to get the generator for the bike. That was a nightmare
Do BTs get harder because they’re pretty easy 6 hours in

@@tokyohanamura I just got the new area and even without that stuff they're easy. Here's a tip, you can throw an EX grenade in an area to distract them
