Dude u can copy the right leg to left leg so it become invert

you can, but you have to invert Y and Z rotation
plus, it might need a lot of adjusting, cause you didnt make the steps equally big and you would get the foot sliding effect again

So on the 5th key frame, When I position the foot where it needs to go the leg does this weird sliding thing where it extends, then bends a little and then extends to the final frame again.....Am I missing something or is this meant to happen?

I got another idea for the body movement If you have your body set to something like Y: -5. When it moves you could just remove "-" but if you have it set to, Y: 5, Add the - so it can be, Y: -5.
