Quick question I downloaded this file for the walk cycle but how do I actually use it in my animation? I cant find anything to help so I thought I would ask

you need to take the cycles out of the .rar file

Just open the file and drag the cycles out (use winrar or 7zip)

Squint their eyes and use facial motion to display it (which should be supported by the body's motion)
I have a tutorial on emotions to help with that
(You could also use water blocks for tears)
