at 2:00 the reason his body seems to stretch like that is because time stopped working there. so the space time continuum wasnt working properly so he was moving through space without time correcting him. hard to explain but thats why he was all stretchy. he was there simultaneously

If you had done your research, you'd know they WERE working on it for years.
This movie went through 4 or 5 directors who either quit or were let go due to creative differences before they settled on Andy Muschietti.
And the movie was delayed numerous times due to the lockdowns and 3 sets of reshoots. And when there's that many post-production hiccups, it screws with the VFX artists' workflow. As put by the folks at *Corridor Digital,* bad VFX are what you get when studios and producers constantly stepping in and messing with the workflow.
And most importantly, this movie wasn't originally supposed to come out in 2023. After all the delays, it was initially set to release THIS year. But due to James Gunn being appointed to the head of DC Entertainment and wanting to end the DCEU as quickly as possible and with the controversy surrounding Ezra Miller, they chose to release it a year earlier than expected.
Had it been released this year, the VFX would've looked SO much better. So, in the future, please be a bit mindful of what went into the process of certain movies.
@@cjkalandek996Huh? Its original release date was November 2022, and they delayed it to June 2023 to spend more time on post-production. Unfortunately, it doesn't show, but I still love the movie.
@@theinvictussamaritan4778well, before they set it to release in 2023, it was supposed to release in 2024 because, chronologically speaking, this movie takes place AFTER _Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom._
Also, forgot to mention that another reason they chose to release it earlier was due to a positive reaction from test audiences (which I personally detest test screenings).
And you're more than free to enjoy it.
Me personally, the movie is the biggest mixed bag I've ever seen in my life; both as a film AND as an adaptation of the _Flashpoint_ storyline.
If flash can go back in time by running why did they need the cosmic treadmill in batman v superman?
A lot of different factors, but it’s mostly an inconsistency thing.
I think the treadmill was made so the Flash could access the speedforce in a bunker somewhere instead of running outside.
I believe Darkseid used the Anti-Life Equation to weaken Flashes connection to the speed force. The cosmic treadmill could've also been used to so that Barry's powers could be better concentrated of not completely disrupting the timeline. Barry also needed to go back to the specific day Darkseid invaded Earth aswell. I'm this also could've been just a continuity issue between Andy's version of The Flash and Zacks, since the Flashpoint film was technically the finale movie of the SnyderVerse originally.
Because of the change of ideas. Snyder had another idea about Time traveling. Thats it, no other reason

Even if it looks fake, I love the concept and visuals of the chronal bowl. Like, he's in the center and control of a colosseum style time table.
man the running at 1:10 actually looks good, but then 1:18 happens and it just turns goofy
It looks good about the 1:22
But the 1:35 ruined it, just looks weird
What I like to think is that he can go super fast then he is and while running, it slows his running while he’s moving fast by the minute
1:43 to 2:22 kinda looks cool again tho tbh with the background and the sphere forming around him
It works better with Zack Snyder's cinematography.

I saw a comment about someone saying that when Barry is running through the Chrono-bowl, the cgi of the people in it aren’t supposed to look real life because Barry is literally traveling back in time and it’s supposed some sort of illusion. I know the cgi wasn’t perfect but still this movie was really good

they already had the best running leg sequence at 1:10 - 1:16 then they immediately switched again at classic ezra running his legs at normal speed whilst his environment is flashing towards him.
i don't care if the explanation was he already built a momentum that he won't need to move his legs fast anymore. being a speedster in a fictional piece won't need real world physics accuracy all the time because it dulls the magic of good visuals. SPEEDSTERS HAVING SPEEDY LEGS IS THEIR UNIQUE BRAND. look at makkari from eternals.

Für Tim Burton's Fans Super aber für Snyderverse Fans eine beleidigung.
Okay so i realized something. In the original Justice League, barry mentions that he does “competitive ice skating” as an excuse for the suit. The way he runs, at first moving his legs a lot, then as he gets faster he slides across the ground, it’s almost like he’s skating. As you skate faster, you don’t need to move your legs as much, as you glide across the ground. And he uses ice skating technique with his arms. I just got that….

Time and space sure can be confusing when you change events and people’s fate, someone else takes that place which might turn into paradoxes or altered timelines that shouldn’t exist or happened.
That’s another reason we can’t change time because controlling time can have serious consequences. Fixing the past erases the future.

Reverse-Flash should've been in this movie man. Anthony Starr would be my pick to play him. Just like the comic and animated film Thawne would've been messing with Barry's head and getting his nemesis to time travel so the Justice League would never exist.

The sphere speed force was unnecesary tbh, the flash tv show did it better by not showing much about the speed force
They didn't showed that much of the speedforce because it was expensive and there was not much budget. And in this movie there was a loooot of budget and they did it mediocre but good.
