"Almost no one noticed that little hint" was a very huge understatement, a lot of people caught that. I remember going around pop culture forums and websites back in 2017 before the Savitar reveal episode and everyone was locked in on Savitar being a version of Barry from the future.

I love how Thawne works so hard and puts in so much effort in Season 1 to not manipulate the timeline, and help Barry get his speed. And then one day some drunk time-traveling Barry runs into his time, knocks out the original Barry, and has a Time Wraith after him and starts spilling out information to the past people
But he changed piper’s life for the better

Seeing Eobard Thawne in S2E17 was such a treat because I never expected to see him again. Especially his reactions.

I like how Barry can see himself when he time travels and nothing happens, but when the legends do it the world ends.
There were also times when the legends sees themselves, there is a time quake but when Barry sees himself, no time quake happens.

Rules of time travel are different for speedsters. Time travel is literally their specialty. While the wave rider in a way is like technically not supposed to travel in time. So consequences are harsher. And the wave rider is in the actual time stream where the quake happens while speeders use speed force to zip through time

@@hsbert7648 Bruh ngl in my opinion all the suits up till season 8 is cool the only suit I didn't really like was the chinless one and so what if they made it like the comics is that a problem all they did was just try to make the series like it was supposed to be we see this in all movies and tv shows they always take things from the original to make the show more like the original that's what makes it better in a way like I get that not all of the things they take might look right in the live action version but just appreciate that they did
"You're from before she dies, aren't you?" followed by that camera push-in on the younger version of Barry: perfectly captures how that single phrase would make past Barry's chest tighten and make it feel like the walls are closing in on him. He must have suspected, based on how haggard and sad older Barry looked, but he didn't want to believe it until he heard the words.
That part always confuses me since if he's Barry just from the future he should already know why he's there.
I always loved seeing how good and consistent the costume variation was throughout the timeline

Actually this is wrong because in the alternate future Barry when Savitar killed Iris, he was broken completely. Given the state of him and the state of everything in Star Labs, his demeanor and his current personality, one could see what he said to the present day Barry wasn't some secret lie to keep Savitar from knowing the future. He really couldn't beat Savitar and given his normal personality, he became chronically depressed and what we see is not The Flash, but a hero that fell from glory

For real this would be amazing because I still wonder to this day what happened to the Original 2024 Flash when he went back to the future and left a murderer (thawne) in his his childhood years so basically that flash probably still coexist in the original timeline which is what made this timeline but the that timeline changed in flashpoint into another timeline and when Nora xs kept redoing the day to save everyone from cicada that puts us into another timeline so there is multiple different Barry Allen flashes existing in multiple different timeline due to the first mistake of flashpoint and the OG Flash When the OG Flash from 2024 should be the one and only flash

@@abeluli89 even in the comics he practically never gets used to it, he just tries to pose when stopping, it’s like if he ran into a wall he’d cross his hands and pose as if he’d already been there, the show did in fact get lazy, especially with the writing.
(The only flash I’ve seen know how to stop in the comics is Bart and professor zoom(reverse flash) and they’re both menaces.

My view on this was that they first decided to have Savitar be a corrupt Barry from the future, but then DC didn't want to have the star have the possibility of becoming evil so during the mid-season break they made the change to have it be a time remnant instead. The hints before the mid-season break made it seem like it was a Future Barry but the way the hints were dropped after the mid-season break showed, to me, a slight change in direction.

A time remnant is Barry. They are the same. If they killed Barry from two seconds later instead of Barry from two seconds earlier (whom we decided to call a time remnant) nothing would change.
