I plan to upgrade the other with the budget upgrades listed below, I also plan on adding all of my free mods 😊

@@modelnutty6503 Sod that,I'm out all day everyday well away from any copper 🤣 I'm on my homemade ebike with my rc car in the rucksack so a copper ain't got a prayer catching me as i head for an alleyway /steps or bollards so they can't follow then it's straight to a park trail /keep off road so i don't have to see all the mask brigades of sheeple .

Carefully split the fuel tanks along the horizontal seam, I put 1.5 ounces of fishing weights in each and and they are way lower than the truck frame. 😀 I could have put 3 ounces in each side, but stopped a 1.5 ounces.

These are really fun kits to put together! A lot of Bang for your buck! Great things coming down your channel bro!
they'll nickle and dime you some on the way to performing really well, and it doesn't have to cost a fortune to get there. C14/24 stock shocks can be modified to give a whole lot of flex if you spend a little time on them.
a) grind away half the "solid" ends of all 4 springs both ends.
b) grind away internal button of the plastic spring retainers.
c) measure internal+external length of shock bodies, wrap tape thick on the drill bit as index/stop, they can go about 2 mm deeper.
d) thread into lower eyelets leaving 1/3 to 1/2 a thread turn showing.
those combined should give 1-3/4" of one wheel lift, other 3 wheels still down flat. it'll sit a little bit lower than it did stock, with a whole lot more articulation "on tap".

Those motors are okay to get wet it’s really the ESC and the connectors that need to stay dry, just no salt water without proper cleaning 😅
I have a question, I already have a wpl c24 and I wanna buy the two gear metal with motor, I know that I need a controller and the gearbox😀. Do I need something else?
Quick question ,is the b-16 and b 14 rear box the same size !? . except for the inner wheel wells , trying to size up a camper build , for the b-14 .out over stryine , thanks for your assistance ,Jay 😄
No the B14 has a smaller rear bed than the b16/b24 bed 😊

Hi, thanks for your video. I'm late to the party so-to-speak. I just bought my B14 and want to ask about your "reverse gearbox" mod. I searched your past videos but did not see a separate video on this. Is the mod simply installing the gearbox 180 degrees from plan or did you do some frame modifications etc? Thanks very much.

Nice budget build👍 I have a wpl c 24-1 but the motor quit after about a month sadly
180 motors can be really inexpensive in eBay. you can also go MN's 260 motor and gearbox if you don't mind cutting away some battery tray floor to give clearance (it doesn't take away any real battery space). the 260 can be replaced with a 280 motor, gives tons of torque for about 10 bucks.

I love my budget beast, I've been giving it a hard time lately and its held it's own, waterproof (tested several time now 😂)
Softer tyres and weights make the biggest difference, it finished a trail designed for 1/10 trucks 💪
