    I have to say this after watching many, many of your videos....your hands look as nice and smooth as a child’s. I mean that as a compliment!! Wish my hands weren’t so wrinkly looking. 😂

    Love your channel and your blog . I attempt all your vegetarian meals .. they have been so good . Thank you for all your hard work . The music on this video seems a bit strange, out of sync ? Not sure I’m using the right term .. maybe it’s me though😁don’t mean to offend x

      I find the music to be a bit too busy and just a little annoying . Love the videos anyway 😀

    Hi Nagi, can i prepare the dough (with all the waiting time) the night before and then just bake everything in the morning? Will it do any harm to quality of the dough?

    • @niagara6015
      @niagara6015 11 місяців тому

      No to step on Nagi's toes here. There is a Pide recipe where the dough only rests for 30 minutes available on the Turkish UA-cam channel called Refika's Kitchen. Try that dough with Nagi's fillings.

    OK I'm an American and if that thing isn't made 50 minutes before I get there it'll never happen.

    Enough with putting sugar in everything.

      Yeast is always activated with sugar and warm water, it's only half a teaspoon. If you don't like her recipes then don't use them 🤷.

    Turkish pizza's are called Lahmacun and are round. This aint a Turkish pizza!

    • @serra9941
      @serra9941 3 роки тому +4

      Pide is definitely closer to pizza than lahmacun. Even the words "pide" and "pizza" are similar. There is nothing called "Turkish pizza" in Turkey. It's just a term coined together, for foreigners I assume. Lahmacun will never have cheese in it, and will only have minced meat, parsley, peppers as toppings. The dough of lahmacun is very different to pizza; it's very thin. Whereas pide can have different topics, and can have different shapes too; canoe shape like in the video, closed like a calzone, and round like the typical pizza.
