My goals for this year are 1. Complete 1 year natural (it's my second attempt at going natural) 2. Grow healthy hair 😊 3. Develop a good hair regimen and basically know what my hair likes. I'm just taking baby steps to be honest, 😊 I'll be back here in one year, May 2021 to give an update. God willing.
Your story is literally mine I had chemicals in my hair from 5ish since I needed the sleek bun for dance Wanted to start stretching my relaxer, so I started wearing weave, and I realised I was six months in. Then the indecisiveness started. I wanted the nice long sleek hair, but I was so curious of my natural hair texture. I'm six months into the natural hair game, making mistakes and learning along the way. but I'm proof that the stretching thing is a trap for real
That’s so cool. It’s always great to know there is someone to relate to. Lol that stretch trap though 🤣 good luck on your journey and I’m sure your hair will flourish 💗
My goal is healthy hair. ❤️❤️ for me my back and edges are the problem areas. They got better in 2019 tho, So I’m trying to keep working on them this year. 👏🏾👏🏾 here is to 2020 and accomplishing our goals.
Love your beautiful, natural hair. I stopped relaxing my hair over 18 months ago after over 35 years of having it done at least 2x/year & it has grown like crazy. Also, in light of Congresswoman Ayanna Presley coming out about her alopecia, can you discuss the role her Senegalese braids may have played in her hair loss? As you discussed in prior videos, I think it played a major role. Girls & women need to be warned against this practice. Plus it just saves you a lot of money to go natural. Wear the occasional wig when you want to have a different, fun look.
Thank you. Congrats on your natural hair journey! Yes Senegalese twists are really bad and I don’t know if she just had traction alopecia or the actual disease but either way twists don’t help.
I subscribed too I also want to grow 6 inches of hair in December too. So right now I have 6 inches only and I want 6 inches again making it 12. And the most shocking thing is that my hair grew 6 inches only in 6 months
Do you take hair suppliments? if you do can you please do a review on it telling us the difference you see in your hair while taking it and tell which suppliment gives you the best results.
How did it grow back so fast? How do you make your curly hair after a big chop grow back? I feel as if my hair won’t. It’s thinner than yours.... I have curly curly hair. Thanks
Hey I have been taking really good care of it and protective styling a lot. As for the curls it took months for me to figure out what products work for me but eco styler gel is my best friend for definition. Hope this helps 💗
The middle of my hair is the same for me. It grows slower then everywhere else..... can you do a video on how you’re going to get the front part to be the same as everywhere else
My goal is healthy first, definite want length. It is so hard to keep it moist. My hair literally drink oil. Have a question is crochet a good protective style?
That’s a great goal! Length comes automatically when hair is healthy. Crochet braids can be a great protective style as long as the hair is put in carefully without breaking hair and taking good care of your hair before and while your crochet style is in
I suggest anything from the Shea moisture Manuka honey line.but You can watch a few of my other videos where the talk in detail about products I use. Here’s one playlist but there are more videos - ua-cam.com/play/PLE--FOIuDKX0DDBeoZ8gAErmH6onwc-bC.html

I actually don’t take any hair supplements but I take my regular multivitamin and vitamin C gummies every day.
Thank you ❤️
I think you’re talking about the Vigorol product from back in the day. It was liquid form. Your hair is beautiful!!!

@A N G I E B E E I was wondering if Eco was good for my hair as my sister turned me on to it. Thanks for answering the question.
Maybe it was Vigorol relaxer that you used.
