I started this treatment and apply regularly. 6 months later it's like not only are the roots holding but so many new hair regrowth. I am so thankful for you to put these videos out, I was so ashamed to go out because of my hair loss.
im exactly the same..my hair fell out due to stress related alopecia, never grew.in properly, my sides have never grew in properly, or other parts, because my hair is short I can't hide it..been wearing wigs for about 12 yrs , and so sick of it.. so, this and rosemary oil etc is something I really need to try😊
Where do you get your castor oil and tree oil??? Because my grandma got some but she lives 17 hours away from me, do you get at the beauty supply or online?
Merit Dike I have castor oil and peppermint oil in the cabinet, I will start using tonight. I will have to skip the tea tree oil because I’m so tired of buying all these products. How long did it take to see a difference?
Hi, please follow Hair_Goo on Instagram it's all natural no chemical product for people who encounter balding, breakage, damaged, stubborn follicle, snatched, pulled, medicine intake (causing thinning) Hair. This will strengthen, replenish, grow, and thicken your hair. Results are noticeable as early as 4days.
Rice water is a miracle growth aid. I did the 10 day challenge as well as massaging oils throughout my scalp while wearing box braids. I just took them out last night and my edges are so much more thicker and my hair has gotten longer. I’m definitely sticking with it lol. Thanks for the great tips! 💕

Its up to you guys to take her advice or just keep it moving
Thanks for that, 'nothing happens overnight' I watched many but u are soo real, I lost my edges because I do very tiny braids & sleep without protecting my edges
I have been using a mixture of aloe vera juice and water in a spray bottle on my egdes followed by a fingertip- massage of cold pressed cold processed castor oil (not JBCO). Started one week ago, already seeing results. P.S. type 4c hair, been wearing a crochet style since 2017.
LaDonna Jefferson so hate when thy use other people pictures. I only believe when I see their before and after pictures of their own damn hair on their own damn head
Why would you do a video on regrowing edges when there's no problem with yours and you're showing pictures of other people with severely damaged hair? For this video to be effective you would need to have shown before and after pictures of YOUR edges after applying these methods... not how long and thick they are now. Just not credible.
I’m self conscious about wearing my natural hair bc of my edges so I can’t wear it out but I’ve switched from wearing wigs to now just wearing clip ins so my edges can be out. Hoping this will work
I luuuuuv your presentation the only one I have ever watched and get excited about keep up the excellent work. I wear a lot of wigs and closures so thanks for the tips on protecting my edges.
Yes please to more info on traction alopecia and the remedies. There is a big gap in terms of information on that considering I believe that a lot of people experienced this prior to becoming informed about healthy hair practices. I am one of them. I tend to find in the natural hair community there is a lot of information on hair care, but not scalp repair so i am glad you mentioned it. Love these tips!
Yes I would like for you to make the video about the alopecia. So I'll be able to understand it because I have no edges and I cry every day. For the damage I have done to my hair. So everyday is a struggle trying to grow it back but I know it will it just takes time. It didn't come out overnight so it won't grow overnight😢
@@atiyakrauser5479 HOW then does hair grow if it's not part of our biological makeup? If genetics is not related to hair growth, why is it that some people have curly/wavy/straight hair!!??? Genetics is the foundation of EVERYTHING!!
We are predisposed to certain genetics thats just common sense or else we would all look the same. Some persons have quick growing hair, super thick hair, naturally thinning edges and even naturally fine hair.🤷🏾♀️
At 9:40, I had such a lightbulb moment! Oh my goodness, you expressed exactly what I was thinking... and it makes sense. Wow... 💡 ...ok; I’ll try it. I love having my hands in my hair but that makes perfect sense. Ugh! Okay, we got this.

I would have also put wigs in the protective style section. Of course these would need to be ones that are glueless but they do help grow edges back when worn properly. Just some thoughts to add to your already incredible video 😊....
If u have not already please go to a dermatologist. They will be able to tell u for sure u have it, because some hairstylist tell ppl that and that may not be the case. Also if u have it there are videos with ppl who say they were able to grow their edges even though they were told they could not because of alopecia.

Your edges are goals! I was wondering since I’m a cheerleader and I have to wear my hair in a high ponytail daily, will the oils still help and is this why my hair is thinning?
Yes most likely keeping your hair in the same style is thinning out your edges. I would recommend a lighter hydrating oil like macadamia or almond but not right before you put you hair into the ponytail cause if the hair is to soft it could snap. Also take your ponytail down as soon as you can after you cheer. Hope that helps 💗
It’s Abbey I was a cheerleader through high school and recruited further to college and my hair got thinner because of the ponytail even tho I toke it down as quickly as possible, I am growing my edges back after I graduated last year and no longer is cheering on high plan...I use sulfate free shampoo and do hair masks as often as I can and I use a hair serum around my edges...it’s talking time but I’ve noticed a improvement:)
It’s Abbey don’t pull your hair tight, if you have to wear a ponytail take it down as soon as you can, you should do deep conditioning treatments, use wild hair growth oil, castor oil and let your hair rest

Thank you sis🙌🏽
You are so welcome love 💖
S.O.S. I am reading all of your info and learning a lot. But I have a desperate question!! JUST CONCERNING THE THIN EDGES, how long should I leave the rice water, and the JBCO mixture (with oils) on my EDGES after the massage? 1 or 2 hours or overnight or ?? I don't want to leave it on too long and have the rest of my edges come out. Please please answer!!! Thanks a lot Angiebee. P.S. I really like the way you explain everything.
Hey Erica. I would leave it on for 1hr then rinse it off but you can try overnight once or twice to see if your hair likes it. I’m glad you enjoyed the video and Thanks for watching 💗
Thnxs you so much❤i hope it works 😣
Your, welcome love, i hope it helps too 💖
Fo locs/ bohemian locs too! )whatever they called) take your edges out.
Yes! Those are some of the worst! I can’t see myself doing those unless it’s crochet style
Real locs too a lot of people end up balding or loosing their locs after while.
ME Yep. I just combed out my locs of 20 years and I’m trying to repair the lost hair on my edges. just taking out the locs has allowed my hair to start growing back
Marlee K faux locks were the demise of my edges!
@@dlawnawoolfolk5989 Mine to D'Lawna..🥴🥴
When I was a baby and as a little kid, I was very nervous all the time so I would pull on them, so I’ve never really had edges
You meant tip to root lol 😂 but you are right I am doing the Rice water treatment and I’m seeing results already
