Pwede bang pagbawalan mag-leave ang maysakit?

Maysakit po ako at may advise ng doctor na magpahinga pero ayaw ako payagan na mag-file ng sickleave sa trabaho. Pwede ba ito sa Labor Code?

May sakit na papasukin pa. Minsan tamang akala din mga kumpanya. Pag ganito hirap din mag reklamo mga empleyado kase pagiinitan naman kung mag rereklamo ka… kawawa naman. Sana lahat ng kumpanya may malawak understanding at may empathy sa mga empleyado

ako iniiwanan ko yung TRABAHO pag MASAMA pakiramdam ko...and file ng leave... INUUNA ko yung health ko.... di ka naman payayamanin ng mga yan Lalo na kung kompanya...😝
