- What Is Soul, a 1963 release on the Mack IV label # 118. Written by Harlan & McEachin. Arranged by James Carmichael and produced by Jimmy Mack (aka Jimmy McEachin). The flip side is I Lost My Baby.
The Furys' discography lists only 20 recordings. They are best known for their 1962 release of Zing Went the Strings of My Heart which was recorded as well by PJ Proby in 1964. Perhaps of interest, a song written by James M. Smith (aka PJ Proby) "Anything for You" was recorded by The Furys and released in 1964 on the World-Pacific label.
Released on Mark IV 118 September 1965.
