So Bob that was really good to see you test the threads on the new pipe before fitting the lid 🤣🤣, good job done 👍👍

After 30 years I just realized not to put the cover on first. I've only done 1000 pumps. lol Still learning after 30 years.

Those Liberty pumps are pretty sweet. Is it code where you live to go in galvanized pipe? Nice work. I understand what your husband means about home depot employees. In Florida, they are grumpy to.

Yes they are, it's just what we use because it cannot be PVC in a commercial building in MA. I think they are all just miserable everywhere. (Shelly)

magical sprays, they help to finish freeing up and lube the seized parts, after they've been flame wrench heated and broken free. of course always try percussive maintenance with an BFH first (Big forking hammer). I know a torch isn't a good answer much of the time due to code and fire regulations, especially in commercial buildings, row housing and such.

im assuming that toilet line just needed rehydrated so the stuff would loosen up and go down.. following along the pump went bad it sat not used for a long time i would guess it backed up to find out it was bad and since dried out so i would guess the line was full of dried up stuff ?
