Great job Shelly and Samantha! I still think you should make some sort of a handout with your info and all your tips Shelly. Older people (like me) would really appreciate that. Drain Defense, fill up the garbage disposal side with water and turn it on before pulling the plug. No grease poured down the drain, no harsh chemicals, etc.

When you put the Teflon tape on, the easy way to remember which way it goes, spin the cap just like you are putting it on and let the tape wrap as you spin clockwise or right.
