Man I would SERIOUSLY consider lowering those tanks...!
Hard to reach into.... On a ladder you'll hit your head on those low celling joist...
set the bottom tanks on those 2x8x16 blocks/pavers laying flat, (with 2x4's)
Or just 2x4 at the bottom..?
You can lower those tanks by a full block height....! you'll almost be able reach the bottom of the top tank then, just a small step stool and you wont hit your head...
I know it's a lot of work, but you'll be glad you did it...!
And doing it latter is a LOT more work than it is now...!
