Hi, it's Eric here from across the pond in England. I have the Airacuda Max in .177. Took it down the range and it got quite a few looks. These are quite rare in the UK. The gun shoots like a laser and is not pellet fussy, the best results I got were QYS streamline 8.48 grain. A few guys were shooting guns at 4 times the cost and this JTS blew them out of the water. I think JTS has done a great job and they also make it very easy to maintain the rifle, a full seal kit supplied with the gun and good descriptive videos on how to change seals. In the UK we are restricted to 12 foot pounds max, when I checked mine it was a little hot with JSB heavies but easy to bring it back. I get around 180 shots per fill before the pressure reaches the regulator pressure and it is VERY consistent with only a differential of 12 ft/sec across the 180 shots. Sighted in at 30 yards, no need for hold over/under from 20 40 yards. I really enjoy your videos, keep up the good work.
Nice job Rick. Fellow Txn here. 👍. I have the .25 and love it. Sub MOA at 40y w/pellets & slugs. 45 + ft. lb. Can't beat it. Travis returned my call in no time about a Q. I had about the hammer spring adjustment. Great C.S.
Wow! What a shooter. I really like the simple classic wooden stock and the side lever cocking. It's like an S510, but way less money. I will be adding it to my wishlist. Really good video.
Great review, that thing is wicked accurate!! I might have to do a little bit of shopping in the near future. 😉😁 I'd be interested in seeing how this gun does with the H&N Terminators, all of my guns (177 and 22) seem to favor them. Thanks for the video! Pete 🇨🇦
OK I got my Airacuda .22 and (hand pump) . Save $80 bucks and spend it on a compressor . I pumped it up to 2200psi with the hand pump and I'm 70 years old and was starting to wonder if I would make 71 . Man what an endurance test , but I just had to hear it shoot and it did but I have 5 scuba tanks and will wait till the scuba adapter gets here to began siting it in. I can see now a good compressor is next on my list .
Hope you're good love the chanel allways and wishing you all well and hoping your recovery goes well and soon you are cancer free all the best from over the pond john
Another great review (loved your Hatsan 135 .30 review's so much...I just bought one!) Kia Kaha from Aotearoa Rick...So sorry to hear😥stay strong mate, had a fight with cancer myself, all i can say is - Kia Kaha!!, you WILL beat it!! (Stay positive, drink LOTS of water and take LOTS of ViT C...and kick its arse Rick!!)
My .25 standard shoots the dead center 25 grains rhe best but mine does good with everything except lead free slugs. I have heard people complain about not being able to put a silencer on there but it’s not even loud… I just got a MA2 .30 about a week ago and it IS loud!
I'm a springer guy, w/ no PCPs. I'm considering this and the Avenger. More the Avenger due to it's price and features, like the regulator. I hear the Avenger has alot of seal probs, and csat from JTS is poor. Idk.
Im going tho buy 30 caliber for sure but i needs tho save money becouse 1 month ago i buyed the dreamline 25caliber but i love the looks of that airacuda
Nice to see this being done at 30 yards we see some at 45 yards some at 25 yards and I saw one the other day at 22 yards and one a chap from the USA didn't even tell us what the distance was. What a waste of time. It would be good if everybody standardized on 30 yds
I agree with you, A gun that you spend that much money on. Should work perfect out of the box. I would like an FX But I don't understand spending twenty five hundred dollars on a gun and then having to put another 1000 more dollars into them to get them to shoot? The way Guys talk To get it to shoot like they shoot 100-⁷ 300 yd.
Not included. You will need to pick an optic and rings. Do you need some help doing so? Would that be a worthy video do you think?? Let me know Cheers AGW
Hey, Rick, I keep asking everybody and nobody wants 2 answer me. I've got the same gun here and I was thinking about putting sling studs in it. Do you think you can put sling studs in this stock? Or will it crack it up front? I don't wanna crack the stock you have any idea
Hey there.. the front is very thin. It will depend on your woodworking skills. A rear stud won't be an issue, but the placement and installation of the front stud is going to be tricky at best.. good luck. Cheers AGW

Great video Rick. Hope you are feeling better and excellent shooting. This rifle reminds me of my DAR Gen 3. Stay cool brother!

Nice gun and really nice shooting. My prayers are with you also that your health will get better. Thanks for the post.
Nice shooting Rick. You can't beat the Airacuda, especially for this price point.
Nice gun. It reminds me a lot, of my DAR (2nd gen) Can't wait for the "Ballistics Session."
Keep on punchin', Rick!
Sweet I've been waiting for this !!!

Does the multi-shot cause accuracy issues? Do they clip ?

Awesome I can’t wait I would love to see a test like this for pellets and slugs if it’s even possible at both 30 and 50 yards
Do they include the optics with the purchase? I see them online w/wo optics but no clear answer if they are included.
Not included. You will need to pick an optic and rings. Do you need some help doing so? Would that be a worthy video do you think??

@AirGunWeb I feel optics choice and a how to setup would be a great idea. It can be frustrating trying to decide which setup works best.
@LiveAction247 - we’ve done those videos before but it’s been a while. Let me see what we can do.
Cheers

Why not measure pellet speed an joules?
😉👍 nice
There's no reason why JTS can't put a regulator on this for $350 to compete w/ the Avenger., and not make us spend an extra $100 for the Max.
👍🏼🤟🏼🐿🤟🏼👍🏼
