From what I understand this camera uses the Sony IMX335 sensor which has a "Number of recommended recording pixels: 2592(H) x 1944(V) approx. 5.04M pixels". It also appears to run at 24fps. Unfortunately this is not a "True 4K dash camera".
I wanted to see how the rear wiring was done. Not clear about that at all.
Sorry but it does show you, you just plug the end of one wire the each dash can (front and rear) and just hide the cable alone the sides of the doors to the rear camera and stick on!
So... you SHOW it mounted outside, above the license plate, but not to bloody well GET IT THERE. that's helpful, thanks.
I just got this. And I noticed I can see all the recording unless the car is running...
Once I turn off the car,can't see video recording on the app
You have to buy and install a separate kit to record when car is off
I bought this product that has the appearance of being made with leftover plastic!
Currently the wifi does not work with the latest Iphone update and do not expect support from nowhere it is a little junk !

I installed the camera, the front works fine, but when plug-in the rear camera, the unit goes OFF and turn on every seconds...!!!Any help!!!
It could the cable I had the same issue but another model
For a camera advertised to be 4k, the picture is not very smooth you can see it stopping for a fraction of a second. The front picture looks ok but the rear, not so good.
Bought on Amazon and came expensive and different. Power supply 12Vdc has no other usb ports. Menus have not licence plate input. Better Azdome.
Am i the only one that has a problem with the camera. Is only recording audio and no video. Showing as a MP4 file

I read the same thing on Amazon in the description from the manufacturer. I hope they chime in.
A u3 card is necessary for any camera when you are recording directly to the card. If the write speed isn’t fast enough your video will be corrupt and unviewable (if the camera even allows you to use it)
DO you need to leave it in your car all the time..I bought 2 dash cams before..cheaper than that..I left them in the car all the time..I think hot or cold weather killed it...so do you leave it in or take it with you everytime?

I am using this camera. Someone broke into my car when I went to look at the picture I realised that it did not record and the date was from 6 months ago. Any reason why? 😳 I am confused
You probably didn't set up the time and date properly and you most likely didn't turn in loop recording. The SD card filled up and the dash cam couldn't save anymore footage

How is the rear camera attached? I have a straight back window and am hesitant on buying this camera because not sure how it will attach.
I ran into this problem in my pickup truck. No good way to mount it inside. The rear camera is waterproof so I will likely get the extended cable for the rear camera and mount it on the rack I have on the bed of my pickup.
what happens when the memory is full, you must be deleting the videos?
I believe It deletes old footage IF YOU SET IT THAT WAY but with the app you can download the footage before it deletes

I just got this camera. Every other dash cam I had , it stayed on while I was driving. This one turns off and I can't see any video while I'm driving. Is this normal for this dash cam, or do I have a faulty one?
It’s the settting it’s on. I think it’s under screen saving mode I think don’t trust me but if if its on turn it off and it’ll stay on. I have two one that stayed on and one that turns the screen off but keeps recording both work the same way
