I know this is a long shot, but I haven't had much lick. Do you happen to know the part number for that bezel? I've ordered and returned 3 different bezels from Mopar, and none of them fit properly. The one in this video looks exactly right. Can you help me out?
I found a touch screen in a junk yard out of the same make, model and year. It’s way cheaper than buying it new from the dealer (dealer pricing really expensive- $$$$). I paid $55 at the junk yard. Also, you can find good used ones from EBay (plus you can return it if it doesn’t work). If you buy a used one you will have to contact the Jeep dealer for the code you will need to enter into the replacement unit. That’s what I did and it works perfectly. Hopefully this helped you out.

5:03 Did you have to use security codes to get the replacement radio to work. Or did you just plug it in and it just work
What tool did you use to unscrew the radio?
