I noticed that your foots position are the same as mine. Left foot straight on the pedal, right foot with an angle to the right. Great video and music as usual.
Ronin, thanks for the insight---i get a good feel for each wheel you review, and im always surprised how different each one ends up being compared to only going off the spec sheet
Great vidéo. Love all your review...I am a cohedron fan and riders. You should try to have your front pads tighter to your toes or top of your foot.. this were all the freedom comes. Nice to to see you ride them. !
Another BANGER video Ronin!!🔥🔥 I Appreciate your straight forward honest review. I believe the Griffin is going to be a sleeper street & racing wheel. It won't be so good for off-road due to the low battery boxes. Thanks for sharing have a good weekend!
Thanks for the review, I think i'll just get the 168v X-Way. Was holding out for this wheel for a while. Doesn't seem all that impressive, you know? (Also no water rating.)
Merci pour ton commentaire sympa. Je suis surpris de voir un feedback positif de rider Francais, d'habitude, c'est plutot l'inverse a chaque video. Ca me fait plaisir. La Griffin a un meilleur couple avec son moteur c38 vs c32 pour la blitz.

The Griffin has been my most anticipated wheel of the up-and-coming wheels. I admit that the air suspension kind of dampens my enthusiasm. Even though you say it feels like a good suspension like you I would have definitely have preferred hydraulic
@@Ronin_Ryder The best part about the commander mini is that I've haven't touched the suspension since I took it out of the box and its still the best ride I've experienced. I am also a little shook that they did this. "you can manage it according to your weight" (on air suspension) yeah but like.. my weight doesn't really change that much thou so how useful is this actually. People clamoring about the et max and the lynx when the commander pro was the clear winner with the oil shocks.
@@Ronin_Ryder This is fair it is going to come down to the rider in the instance. I just find the easy of maintenance to be really nice considering the quality of a ride I get for it, and frequent adjustability always seemed like a gimmick unless you have multiple riders using the same wheel frequently. I also came from riding non suspension so I like the extra road feel that the stiffer suspension provides.
@@Killpocalips I had tried a friend's master before I ever bought my Commander Mini and I remember when I first got my commander Mini and turned the suspension settings all the way down it still felt very stiff in comparison to my friend's Master. I am more of a street rider so to me the commander mini suspension felt more like a sport tune to suspension while the master suspension felt more like something accustomed for off-road. I am not too sure if adjustable air pressure on the Griffin would translate to being able to have stiffer suspension when you want and softer suspension when you want, but the Griffin is definitely too low to really be a great option for off-road. I still want the Griffin, so far that is the wheel I'm leaning towards the most, but I am still eyeballing the Nosfet Apex and Begode Xway. The adjustable travel length on those suspensions have peaked my interest alot. I believe the apex is the one that offers adjustable suspension travel on the spot no tools required.
Great to see someone review this wheel! Another entrant in the now crowded 20” mid-weight suspension market. I don’t know who would buy this who doesn’t already have a Lynx or similar. And that air suspension is a complete non-starter for me.
Number of times EB has told Wrong Way they care more about safety than him: 0 I'd rather take my kids e20 to work on the sidewalk than play dip'r'don't on the road.
No offense bud but it does sound like you're really nit picking the dislikes. FWIW both dislikes are immaterial for me but I digress. Seems like the Griffin is a good wheel & whether we think its a Lynx killa (or not), its also atleast $500+ cheaper. Good vid but I got a small Q. Since you havent shown it in the vid, how do you determine that Lynx is better offroad & the Griffin is better on streets?
I have demonstrated why. Because the battery casing sit low, there's no way this wheel can perform better offroad than a high casing high pedals lynx, unless you enjoy clipping. Idk why some people don't respect my dislikes about a wheel. It's my opinion, my use case. I want to be able to turn off the led lights on wheels, like it used to be years ago. Especially after discussing and fixing this problematic with them on past wheels. I don't need half of a supermarket crowd to look at my disco mobile when im doing grocery shopping. Is it too much to ask?
@@Ronin_Ryder All good man. I had an ex30 (lowww batt cases) & have taken it offroad everychance I got & batt case hitting stuff has never been a prob. Peds are decently high but ofcos, its better to be high offroad. Since its not shown & I assume driven hard offroad, I was just wondering how you determine the dirt worthiness. Sorry but realistically, the Griffin is faster. Have you seen the speedrun metrics? Numbers don't lie. That being said, we have to stop saying wheels are outdated.

Yeah. They probably did it to let users manage it according to their weight more easily. Im not too demanding suspension wise, as long as it works.
