Nice information thanks,but as per my experience all multivitamin tab have approx same ingredients generally B COMPLEX with few minerals & trace elements with variation in quantity or ingredients, as shown in vdo also , no one has all vit or minerals so in general one can start with any of these &change it as advised otherwise if someone has some vit/minerals defficiency should consult his/her doctor first ,he will advise as per defficiency & age

Good info How much does becadexamin covers? They have not mentioned how much percentage of daily requirements of each vitamins it covers. Does it cover all vitamins more than 50%?
if you are active normally, then 1 tab per day is fine, but if you workout, exercise, then it is suggested to take 2 tabs, 1 after bfast, and 1 after dinner, thanks
Raju ji u can search on Google for RDA &compare with Quantity available in Becadexamin, but as per my knowledge it has app.10-20%of RDA & SUPRADYN double of it bcz supradyn has vit &minerals double of becadexamin with few variation, so in general u can start with any one &change it after 1-2 months with a gap of 7-10 days & don't stick to any one bcz all have variation in ingredients quality &quantity wise .for particular defficiency u shld consult ur doctor first, in case ur are taking healthy food no need for these multivitamin tab
