The original OEM filter that comes with my Barista Pro has a hexagonal base. These non OEM replacement flters that you are using seem to have a round base. Do they fit the filter adapter?
Thanks for the feedback, this was one of my first ever UA-cam videos. I was actually really nervous filming it. I vlogged my eye correction journey recently, which increased my confidence to speak on camera. I might re do some of these earlier coffee videos ✌🏼.
@@user-xf6ql5zd6x awwww thank you so much. That’s so kind of you! I just uploaded my surgery day! 🤣🤣🤣 I am sitting there with eye shields on looking like a hot mess! I’m glad I got the courage to do it! ✌🏼
I actually make it a habit to change both filters each time now. I have had the machine well over a year and have never needed to do a descale treatment yet. I have put this down to double filtering the water. My sister also has a sage and does not double filter, she’s forever descaling her machine. We both live in the same area and have the same hard water.
The water tank on this machine is very badly designed, as the lid is not removable. This means it's impossible to get your hand into the tank to throughly clean it (unless you have extremely tiny hands!); I try to do it with a brush, but it's not as good as with a soapy sponge.
Try and use a baby bottles cleaning brush. I have small hands, so I am able to. Other members of the household use the baby bottles brush. It has 360deg bristles, so probably better than hand a sponge.
It was the first time I was doing it. It’s a true representation of how long it genuinely took me the first time. I can now do it while multitasking everything else in the kitchen and life! Do remember that you can watch it on x2 speed.✌🏼
The video clip of changing water filter is better than company's video clip. They don't need to talk, just show as this one. Thank you so much!
What is the link to buy these filters for Breville Touch BES880BSS?
I m going to buy this.
It makes the tastiest coffee!

Yes, fit perfectly. No problems, and much much cheaper!
Update: I just bought my 3rd box of these filers from Amazon. Still no issues! ✌🏼
Good video. Perhaps verbalize what you were doing next time? ?

Showing us that you are also changing the filtering on your Brita just confusing and unnecessary for this video 🙄
