  • This is so beneficial because everyday we encounter toxins, such as cleaning supplies, pesticides, perfume, pumping gasoline for our cars and the list goes on….
You will need to Drink water post Bentonite clay bath because you will get dehydrated.
    Ingredients:
2cups of epsom salt -helps with aches
1cup apple cider vinegar-soothes and soften skin
1cup of clay -secret ingredient -pulls toxins, stimulates body lymphatic system to cleanse the skin- Your skin is the biggest organ of your body
Essential 7-10 drops of essential oil-helps with detox and soothe muscles
    Soak for 25-30mins
After bath bath I typically moisturizer my skin with unrefined coconut oil.
Try to do this bath in the evening before bed because you Will be tired
Try to take this bath at least once a week maybe once month
If you take prescription’s medicines talk with your doctor bc this will pull toxins out.. prescription meds are toxins. The rule of thumb is typically wait 2 hrs after you’ve taken your meds to soak in this bath.
Clay is a detoxifier , it has a strong electrical charge when hydrated .. The negative charge bonds to the positive charges in toxins. The clay will absorb and release its minerals for the body to use…
You can also use this as a detox your underarm, hair, face mask , feet, and so much more!
Also if mixing this clay always use a wooden spoon and glass bowl, you don’t want to use metal spoon or bowl due to the strong electrical charge.
    Hope this helps! Thanks --c #toxins #detox #relaxing #holistichealth #bath #bentoniteclay #applecidervinegar #epsomsalt #removetoxins #essentialoils #lavender #healthylifestyle #healyourbody

Just a note for anyone who chooses to do this: make sure you are hydrated and the water is not too hot, you could pass out, or have major dehydration symptoms

you don't put that much to actually clog the pipes. I would let some water run after wards just for a peace of mind.

Unless your plumbing system is super old and you’re careful while draining it’s fine. Trust me, you’d rather have a household plumbing problem than “plumbing problems” (aka blocked detox pathways) throughout your body, which is the making of a body that’s impossible to heal if faced with one of the multitudes of chronic illnesses (specifically tick borne, which people are FINALLY figuring out is what many people with “long Covid” have-it just took Covid to weaken the immune system enough so the bacteria/parasites felt safe to roam and wreak havoc on the body.
Lowering your toxic burden BEFORE faced with pathogens can be a very life changing decision. Take it from a 32 yr old who’s spent at least 80% of the past 10 years in bed!
