That looks like either a Lil Orbits machine or a Chinese copy.
They are rubbish.
You will need a staff member flipping the donuts over full time as they are a poor design.
The best are Belshaw.
Flick the switch, go and make coffee and it will continuously put out perfect donuts or mini donuts.
This guy was incapable of even putting powdered sugar on them evenly, especially knowing he was being filmed.
Food vendors like him make it easy to get into the same market 👍
