As long as you dont use the same logos and same exact name... you can do what ever you like. Believe me when I say that many people before you have had the same idea. I've seen it myself, every word i think, name, set up... already exist somewhere in the country

qui en Estados Unidos las maquinas cuestan de mil dolares hasta 10 mil dependiendo.

The amount of smoke created by mini donuts is almost none. Oil will get lit up probably above 500 degrees. Frying temp for this is 350 F
