I want to say thank you, because I have been struggling to be productive since giving birth by emergency c-section in May and this has given me clear goals to be productive within that. Even if its one baby step at a time if I can do that I can do more little by little. It has been very rough on me since I had gotten pregnant and the pregnancy was high risk I had the baby 1 month early and he wasn't ready to be born I lost so much blood they were calling in a blood transfusion and it hurt so much to move that I felt stuck lonely and useless after my baby was born I tried pushing myself only to end up feeling an unbelievable amount of pain. Now I want to fight to be more productive.

I've adopted the quote from "Alice in Wonderland" many years ago and have read it in at least four languages.
The Cheshire cat also said "Than any road will take you there" in response to Alice. It is the same as "It doesn't matter which way you go", but with a small clue - you need a direction. Even if you don't know where you want to go right now - at least have a direction.
The other wonderful saying is "Those who wonder are never lost". Keep the spirit of wonder within you.

Thank you dad. I didn't realise how much I miss my dad. My biological dad died when I was really young. Then God gave my brother and I a second chance when he gave us a stepdad who loved us like his own. But after my mom left him, he stopped talking to us. I miss him and I wish he would talk to us again. I'm scared that he will die without us ever talking again😢

One of my biggest obstacles...trying something, failing and saying, I just can't do it. Self esteem has always been something i work on. I will write out my continuing weight loss journey today. I use lists all the time but not for goals or dreams..... this is all such great advice and I do celebrate the little things!! I remember power steering .😂 this is another video I will watch often. You always seem to know, what I need to hear. Thank you then you get me with the forgiveness part and now I'm bawling. Gutted. Never doubt that you are doing...EXACTLY what you were meant for . ❤
One good thing I got from my dad was the ability to laugh at my mistakes and first attempts. He'd stare at a piece of wood he cut too short, or get back in the car after not finding something, and say "Well THAT didn't work." Usually followed by "Well at least we had fun," or "At least it was a nice drive!" We'd get lunch or a snack, take a break, then make the next plan of attack.

I understand that its an example, but I just want to mention that losing 2.5 pounds a week would require a daily calorie deficit of 1250 calories, and could easily lead to starvation. After a lifetime of weight loss efforts my opinion is that a goal of no more than 1 pound a week (a 500 calorie deficit) is reasonable. And that weight loss is truly a very complex topic, so don't be discouraged if results are slow or don't happen at all. Improving the quality of your dietary and exercise habits will always be better for your health than weight loss alone
