Understanding Lake Sturgeon in the North Saskatchewan River

Also known as the rock sturgeon, the lake sturgeon is one of 27 species of sturgeon, a family of bony fish found around the world that first appeared in the fossil record more than 200 million years ago. In this video, we look at Provincial Biologists' and Citizen Scientists' work to understand fish numbers and distribution.
