I got an overall 155 on my first attempt and I only practiced one time with one practice test, I'm a non native speaker (Production 160, Literacy 160, Comprehension 155, Conversation 155)
MY BIGGEST tip for everyone is to IMPROVE your vocabulary. I watch a LOT anime and movies so my vocabulary has been improving. Focus on vocabulary the most.
Teacher Luke, I used to visit your channel to prepare for DET. I took the exam this week and scored 135 Overall, 140 in speaking, 135 in writing, and 130 in reading and listening. For someone who is not a native English Speaker, it is pretty much good I suppose. This all happened because of your invaluable videos and content, thank you.

@@user-xx7jm4hl2l It took me about 2 weeks of intense preparations. I took the practice test 9 times in those couple of weeks. Moreover, be confident while taking the exam and follow all the guide lines. You will get good grades for sure. Best of luck🤞.

I just wanted to let you know that I received my DET score yesterday and I happily achieved my target score of 130 out of 160. The most challenging part was that I almost fell asleep during the test since it was already midnight. Try taking sample test till you get very good and very confident. Pay attention to Teacher Luke’s instructions and most importantly you can learn the rules from the official duolingo UA-cam page.
