Before I take the exam, I would often get a score of 100-135 on the practice test, that's why I thought that I wouldn't get my desired score of 115 and that I would fail, but thankfully I passed. Hey Luke! I watched a bunch of your videos (including 2 or 3 of the practice tests) after realizing that I had to do the Duolingo English Proficiency test and only had a couple of hours to study for it. The encouragement in the comments form previous students helped a lot, and I was pretty confident I'd do fairly well. The practice tests helped a ton, as although I'm a native English speaker I wouldn't have known what kind of answering style they were looking for. Ended up scoring 155/160 :) Thank you so much for your work! Just a tip for future applicants, you get 3 tries to do the test after purchasing 1 credit. They're only valid if you cancel the test midway, so if your laptop freezes, or you realize you forgot to switch off your Grammarly plug in, don't worry you can cancel and start again :)

hHi teacher look I have been practicing the duolingo test for like 1 month i took the exam on december and I got 120 in literancy, comprehension but in production and conversation i got 90 so my overall score was 115 and needed it a 120. Hello, how did you do to get this score, how many months or days did you need to get this score? I've been there 4 times and I haven't been able to get out of 90, it's the only thing I get and I've already seen Luck's videos, I've even done practice and nothing. recommendation.

I got my test yesterday and I got 110 in my first attempt I have to get 115 for just one school therefore I am going to get another test now but Thanks to your videos I got a score quite far from my expectation !! hHi teacher look I have been practicing the duolingo test for like 1 month i took the exam on december and I got 120 in literancy, comprehension but in production and conversation i got 90 so my overall score was 115 and needed it a 120. I am really stress because I alredy saw all your videos, all your tecniches also I bought for one month your rpogram, but when I took the practice test I still got 85-135 i think it is about the conversation and production. What can i do? i feel alredy hopeless and more becuase is important for my dream college. I never thought it will be that hard, and I feel stupy for those people that said that they didtn study anything or they just have a quick look in their english notebook and got 145.

It seems, duolingo now coming up with eassy writing options for 20 mins. Can you share your input on this.
I haven't seen this yet... but I will if the change becomes official.
@@TeacherLuke-DET they have added in practical test but it's clearly says "currently they are doing research on same".
@@ratikakode4495 Yes, Duolingo often experiments with different question types on the practice test. However, they don't always add these questions to the 'real' test.
