And most importantly, its a kitten that has zero fear. Malamutes do have high prey drive, which means that they can't help but become aggressive towards prey triggers. People often thinks that means its a prey breed, like a cat would be due to its size, but that has zero to do with it. Prey drive deals with prey triggers, which means something that shows fear, that makes quick evasive movements and basically demonstrates fear. If the kitten was afraid and would constantly run away and evade, it is quite probable it would be chased and killed. Because it doesn't act like prey, it won't trigger a prey drive the way that say a squirrel in the yard or an older more fearful cat might have.
I have a boisterous husky who is massive for a husky, he’d put muscle most malamutes. He loves chasing birds etc. My mum has a pretty old cat. My big lad tries to play with him but never viciously and is even protective of the cat. People said my dog would tear the cat apart... domestic dogs raised properly will act properly.............fact! There’s no bad dogs, only bad owners. Your dogs are proof that when they’re raised in a loving home they project that in they’re behaviour ❤️👍🏻
My dog and cat didn't get along very well... In the sense that they didn't really interact with eachother and kept their distance. It should be said, however, that while the Cat was sick the dog, for some reason, would leave extra food in its bowl.

As one who has been following you for just a few months, I loved hearing your intro & the background of how Milo came in to your family .... and has become the boss! :)
People are so condescending sometimes. Every dog is different of course, but I was raised in a home with multiple dogs/cats and we never had issues between our pets. They all got along fine. I currently have a Pomeranian (my daughters really) with 3 cats in the house and she thinks she is a cat. Plays and roughouses with them all the time. You can tell that your dogs were concerned about hurting Milo; they really were very gentle with him even when he was being a little monster. They are 3 best buddies who enjoy each other. Ignore the idiotic comments and enjoy your 3 lovelies.
That's what usually happens but I've had it happen too that an older cat takes an immediate dislike to a newcomer and never really gets over it and that can lead to an unworkable situation...
Awww, this is absolutely beautiful. On 6th December, I lost my dog aged 17 and he was my whole world. Your videos are the only with dogs that I can actually watch and I would like to thank you for that.

Since our dog was a puppy we simply introduced them to each other, the cats hated him at first but after some time they were ok with having him around. When the other cat was still alive he even let the dog groom him! As for the other one, he is definitely the leader.
Some people have the tendency to criticize when they have no idea of what they are talking about, you knew your dogs, what a great decision, its beautiful watching them all together, thank you so much❤

Just too cute. We have 4 cats and one Husky. They get along fine. Had 3 cats and 3 dogs previously, 2 Huskies and a lab, all got along fine. They can live together with no problems. Keep up the cuteness.

Great video. My Alaskan Malamutes (they are rescues) love my cats, they have never shown any aggression or angst toward my cats. In fact they have taken the role as protectors and parents of the cats I have rescued.

I'm can definately see the issue with the hunting isntinct. I can definately see the point and why it's probably not a good decision you made to pair the two. I mean if the kitten had been actually bigger in size it could have eaten your absolutely gentle soul of a malamute.
In early age of cats,,, they love fighting or playing ... thats natural ...... if the cat reach age of two or more thay are not interested in playing or fighting ,,, i have ten cats ..im watching how they grow and the behavevior of them
