    D3 XC/TF is no joke. Some of these teams like Johns Hopkins, WashU, Emory, and Haverford could destroy D1 teams. I wish D3 teams got more recognition and running coverage which is why I love these types of videos.

      Exactly. People only think D1 has good competition, that's not true because all of the NCAA has elite runners in it

    I ran d3 XC in college and yeah although we don’t run 10ks for championship meets (stays 8k), there are some really talented runners and teams out there, obviously a bit less prominent then d1 but still great runners. I remember Hopkins would almost always win at nationals for XC.

    This is why I find Flotrack so annoying. Description doesn't tell me when this was. They slide this under like it's new content for cheap views when we know it's old.

    Why are boys team doing static stretching before a run. Isn’t that counterintuitive towards their workout performance?

      @@willgriesmer105 it is for after a workout, least from what I’ve read from articles and my own experience in sports (CC, T&F, Martial Arts). But I wonder why even high level athletes do it pre-workout

      In my experiences (professional soccer and high school track), it’s really not that big of a deal. Doing both dynamic and static is beneficial, I think the new movement of ‘no static stretching’ is a bit overstated.
