- Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan showered praises on India while addressing the nation a day before the no-confidence vote in the National Assembly. Khan said no power can dictate terms to India which is a sovereign nation, unlike Pakistan - both of which were born at the same time. weapons whatsoever. The two countries know better and see Russia as a safer bet.
Not true. US offers tech to India which they don't to nations outside NATO or AUKUS (basically Australia). Also, India is not willing to be an ally which makes certain agreements the US deems necessary to sell hi-tech hardware out of the question. Lastly, American military tech is privately owned and individual companies might not be agreeable on issues of price and tecnological transfers / joint ventures. Russian hardware on the other hand is cheaper and there are more possibilities for collaboration since everything is state owned.
