Well, we have SAARC which has 8 Asian member countries set up in 1985. It aims to promote economic growth, social progress and cultural development within the South Asia region.
But in the end it always comes down to individual concerns & interests. I think if Pakistan had better relations with India than China, we would have been their major ally in asia. We would have provided them economic as well as geopolitical support.

Concentrating only on one thing is not right rather we can develop the things that are already available as primary source
We can utilize the man power
In the case of Pakistan, politicians can first concentrate on the minor problems and then after resolving those problems they can think about international politics or what ever
Though we are divided and been as enemies because of some people we still have at least some humanity on both sides
So as a neighbour please look after the minor problem which may become big 🙂
