You are really going to enjoy that new marsupial bino harness. Mr. Stewart. I bought a range finder - product is called TideWe . It matches up with vortex as quality goes . Thank you for being an amazing wood chop teacher. Best memories from high school.
Man. That gets me pumped up for this season (2022)! Gotta get up in 5 hours and get my drive on, but man! Good dang buck! That's a great feeling, and I can't wait for mine this year!
I grew up hunting that area since the late 80's. My parents still have a place there but I haven't hunted it since all the burn. Brings back memories seeing those familiar draws and valleys. Congrats on the buck!
Very cool! I have that same rifle and sling set up! I love how light the rifle is! I usually hit up loop or near McKay. I usually will find plenty of doe just no bucks, I'm looking for a new spot because the spots I've been going to seem to have a lot of hunters in the area that like to party. Your video is very motivating and I'm stoked to get back out there this season.
Thank you! Yes love the rifle and sling. Thank you for watching and getting the motivation to get back out there. Let us know how you do! We’re on IG heritage_tradition_wa and would love to hear your story.
Put a strip of vinyl electric tape over your barrel end then give it a couple of wraps around. It keeps the rain, snow, mud out and won’t affect function or accuracy to shoot through it. Makes me cringe watching you walk in the rain with your barrel in the air.
Thank you for the comment and the view of the video. Your right we probably could have drug it but do prefer the gutless method for a variety of reasons. I also can assure you all meat was proper taken off that animal. All we left were the guts and the rib cage.

Great video and Great hunt. Sure miss those days of hunting with my dad.
I couldn’t agree more. We love hunting with our dad and Charish each year we can. That’s out “heritage tradition” moto. Thank you for watching
Congrats! Very nice buck and on the last day! Nice!
Thank you! A Last day buck is always a win. Appreciate the support

I like to cut the pinky off of a nitrile glove for that
Thanks for the tip! Also thank you for watching we appreciate it. I do agree rain can ruin a good gun. Will be taking this feedback into next season!
I assume this is in Free Washington?
Thanks for watching! It is on public land in WA yes

Don't know how you hunt with your guns slinged like that
The Kifaru Universal Gun sling has a quick release latch. To me, it’s as fast as sliding it off my shoulder
Can't believe you coundn't drag that deer down hill by yourself! Unbelievable and waste of meat!

Gary…. Watch your own bobber.
I'll save you the anus on my next buck, Gary.
