My Fish Tank Room Arowana Fish Tank

Presenting The Arowana Fish Tank of My Fish Tank Room.
Finally here is my new Arowana Fish Tank of the Fish Tank Room.
My new fish tank is seven feet in length with water holding capacity of more than a thousand litres.
Arowana fish are my most favorite aquarium fish because of their body shape and graceful swimming pattern.
Arowana fish has an important place in feng shui and it is regarded as a symbol of good fortune, success and prosperity.
Arowana fish are also known as water monkeys as in the wild they jump out of the water to feed on insects.
My previous fish tank had four arowana fish among which i had to remove one according to feng shui.
I started keeping them from a four inches size as every baby arowana fish size is available in aquarium fish shops.
Most aquarium fish beginners face difficulties in raising arowanas but paying good attention on arowana fish care could make arowana fish keeping easier.
Arowana fish food sticks, shrimp, mealworms, flyworms are best food for arowana.
Silver arowana fish in the wild grows upto three feet in size.

Beautiful fish. Do you have any advice on pellet training Arowanas? I bought my GCB 6 months ago and he was being fed feeders in the shop. I have tried hard to get him to eat pellets but have only been able to move him to live mealworms so far.

@sj inception brother I do have an arowana of 5 inch, currently feeding it siso dried shrimps. But it doesn't eat pellets ie ruby red. What should I do? I have 2 jeck Dempsey and one Texas cichlid in same tank. Which food is suitable to these three fishes?

Start feeding it food sticks to break the habit of shrimp. For jack dempsey and texas feed hikari cichlid food.

Your aquarium is just wonderful and the arowana fish is amazing but according to your tank measurements the tank capacity will not be 1000 liters it will be approximately 500 liters

Fish tank calculator sites will show you the same results as you've mentioned. But mine is more than 1000 liters and i have also confirmed from the tank maker.

That's why i have also said in the video that i have two syntax water storage tanks each of 500 liters. And both of them were full before filling up this tank. Lets suppose if each storage tamk has 100 liters less then still the fish tank capacity becomes 800 liters.

Use a sump its better than canister i too used canister for quite a while but when i used sump it was just better than canister.
