Normally insurance cost and taxes depends on cc of bike. 350 cc plus has higher insurance and taxes, hence they kept little under it. It does not affect you much as a rider but definitely saves some amount.
I have newly bought Honda cd 110 and I have same power loss Problem. It doesn't go above 50 while riding with a pillion and when i went to service center they refused to check my bike by saying that your bike is alright & there is no problem. I have an issue with my Yamaha FZS model 2011. When you have reached a point midway where your engine has become too hot, the bike suddenly starts deaccelerating and slows down while giving jerks. It feels like some sort of blockage in the petrol flow despite the throttle being kept intact. It stays deaccelerated for a while and gains the speed again when throttled up and down continuously. Also, this happens only when the engine exteriors are sufficiently heated and there's no problem when the bike has just been started. The problem arises only when you ride a certain distance. The problem has definitely something to do with heat/temperature I feel. I presented this issue at multiple garages across cities including Bhubaneswar, Indore, Delhi, Sambalpur and Gurgaon. None one could solve the issue till date. They have fixed everything else ranging from Carburetor (air-fuel ratio), fuel pipe, air filter, oil pump, chain-guides inside gearbox and outside, piston and cylinder, valves, clutch plates kits, ball bearings, battery, exhaust etc... Finally, I had thought of covering Automobile basics from IC combustion books and Mechanic topics myself, but routine is already prioritized for other stuffs .... Kindly suggest me how should I approach the problem and how to solve it? It would be a great help !! Exhaust main back pressure ka issue shayad ho sakta h , aisa sirf mujhe lagta h.... I haven't figured it out

Meri bajaj ct 100 old model bike hai, * (3 months se) jab gaadi idling pe rehte hai, tab tik tik tik..... sound aata hai (accelerate karne par nahi) * (1 month se) Doosri awaaz jo hai wo under load pe hi aata hai tak tak tak...... sound, jab acceleration thoda zyaada dunga under load tab aati hai. * (1 month se) meri gaadi ka pickup kam ho chuka hai especially after 30 kmph speed. (0 kmph speed se toh pick acchi hai, 30kmph ke baad hi problem ho raha hai). Jab 30 or 40 kmph speed ke baad gaadi chalti hai tab 50 kmph speed ku achieve karne mein bahut mushkil ho rahi hai.

You hv not mentioned how to identify each fault precisely. If "this component or that component malfunctions," power loss is experienced. By hit & trial method is always an expansive proposal.
I have Yamaha FZ V3 and my bike's service recently done at Yamaha service center I am facing very much power loss. In trafic conditions I am using first gear instead of second gear because otherwise my bike will get off and I took the test drive of another FZ V3 that bike does not having this issue. What can I do? Actually there is no pulling even in 1st and second gear what may be the real issue?

Aur aaj 11 April ko bike se 50 km. ke journey ke time is samsya ko mehsoos kiya pehle mujhe laga shayd tej hawa ke dabaw ki wajah se aisa hua hai lekin mere piche se splendor bike bhi aage nikal gai aur meri bike 60 ke speed se upar ja nahi rahi thi jaise ab usme dam hi na raha ho. Mujhe kya karna chahiye krupya batayen.
