Thank you Prof. Giovannoni, because of your work and your public appearances on social media I have pushed very strongly for Ocrelizumab. Even though way too late,.my last major relapse was in 2019 and I got my first dose just now (in my early 30s), I hope that it sets my up for a better prognosis than my mum who is highly debilitated due to MS. You are making a big difference in my life. Best regards from Germany! PS: I hope your recovery from your accident goes well as well.

One three things can cause ms dietary allergies like gluten and heavy metal toxicity in neural tissues and three lack of vitamin D3 massive deficiency and intravenous colloidal silver can reverse brain lesions, remyelinization of the myelin complete remission of ms so you can say a cure but you’ll have to see a naturopathic or integrative medical doctor for that treatment

Thank you Professor G, this is so informative, it's helping me to understand my own RRMS and how I can manage it.

thank you so much Professor! hopefully we see more and more studies done on the real cause of MS, not only developing the relapse-cutting meds, and of course remyelination. Thank you especially for the slide about the coronary artery disease - that brings in hope! We did go through a tremendous progress in the MS field and hopefully we can keep the momentum going.

Thanks you. For you, is Tecfidera considered as a Hig or Low drug therapy ?

I was dx Tumefactive MS (incomplete peripheral ring, 2-3 of them amongst smaller lesions as well, 4 o bands csf) in Feb 2020 at 47 yrs of age. Took 2 rounds of Ocrevus and I’m about 7 months in yr 1 of Mavenclad.
Just had a LP last week and now shows only 2 bands. So your study may be on to something.
Also none of my MRIs showed enhancement nor have they changed since my 1 st MRI in 2020.

Hello, any updates on Elezonumab? Did the studies show any improvement on myelin? Thank you in advance

Wow, so much to absorb. Thank you very much. Doing well on Ocrevus. Need to see if I can tolerate, and stick with, HIIT. I almost regularly walk and had been regular with clinical Pilates till I moved. Improved diet to mainly whole food plant based which I can stick with (years) and has sorted weight and blood pressure issues. Don't think keto is for me unless you can site studies were kept beats wfpb. Cycling team success example sticks with me - lots of little improvements yield great results.
Will need to get new neuro due to mine retiring within the year. Do you have any like minded colleagues in VIC Australia?
